ASUS Philippines introduces two of its latest notebooks, the VivoBook 14 X403 and the VivoBook X412, geared toward constantly mobile people who need a powerful and stylish device to meet their needs.
The VivoBook 14 X403 has an eye-catching metallic design with four-side NanoEdge display. Its screen-to-body ratio is at 87% and its ultra portability is highlighted with its weight at just 1.3 kilograms and a slim design at only 16.5 mm. It offers an immersive viewing experience with its wide-viewing panel at 178-degrees of FHD (Full High Definition).
The VivoBook 14 X403 boasts a metallic chassis that is further complemented with its military-grade durability passing the MIL-STD 810G Multiple Tests that include altitude, humidity, drop, vibration, and temperature test. The ergonomically designed backlit keyboard is easy to use when typing.
The stylish-looking notebook runs on the 8th Gen Intel Core i3 processor with 512G PCIe Gen3x2 SSD and 4G LPDDR3 memory. Unlike most portable notebooks, the ASUS VivoBook X403 retains ports essential for connectivity.
It is equipped with ASUS SonicMaster, developed by the ASUS Golden Ear team, which gives ASUS VivoBook 14 quality audio delivery with a wider frequency range for clearer vocals and rich, deep bass. SonicMaster is a tailored mix of superior hardware and clever software designed to give you full audio controls for truly immersive sound for movies, music, and games.
Like the ASUS Vivo X403, the ASUS VivoBook X412 and X512 are intended for people who need to create content while on-the-go. What stands out most about the VivoBook X412 is its ErgoLift Hinge that elevates the laptop a few centimeters which is good not only for comfortable typing but also for preventing the battery from overheating because of the space it creates.
The X412 and X415 have new frameless four-sided NanoEdge design which gives VivoBook 14 an almost-bezel-free display with vast amounts of screen area and immersive visuals. The two models also have an up to 256GB SSD storage and up to 2TB HDD storage.
The VivoBook X412 has an 87% slim-to-body ratio and 5.7 mm slim bezel and weighs 1.5 kg and only 19.5 mm thin. It is 6.8% smaller than its predecessor, the X411.
ASUS highlights the two models’ long battery life. VivoBook features a high-quality battery with all-day juice and a lifespan that’s three times longer than standard lithium-ion batteries. Fast-charge technology also lets notebook owners charge a low battery to 60% in just 49 minutes. Integrated ASUS Battery Health Charging technology ensures a safer charging experience, with measures that decrease the battery expansion rate during charging to help keep it in tip-top condition.
The ASUS VivoBook X412 and 512 come in Peacock Blue, Transparent Silver, and Slate Grey.
