TCL has officially introduced its smartphone lineup in the Philippines, led by the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra, NXTPAPER 70 Pro, and K70 Power 4G.
The launch expands TCL’s consumer electronics portfolio beyond TVs and home appliances, bringing its display expertise to mobile devices. At the center of the new lineup is TCL’s proprietary NXTPAPER technology, which combines hardware and software features intended to make extended viewing more comfortable while retaining color and image clarity.

NXTPAPER 60 Ultra focuses on mobile productivity
The NXTPAPER 60 Ultra is positioned for professionals who regularly work on the move. It combines the NXTPAPER display with AI-powered productivity tools designed for tasks such as virtual meetings, reviewing presentations, and responding to email while traveling.
TCL also highlights the model’s camera capabilities, performance, and overall design, although the source release does not provide the complete technical specification sheet for the 60 Ultra.
The NXTPAPER 60 Ultra Nebula Black with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage carries an introductory price of PHP35,995.
NXTPAPER 70 Pro balances work and entertainment
The NXTPAPER 70 Pro is aimed at users who switch between productivity, content creation, document viewing, and entertainment. It combines TCL’s eye-care display technology with AI productivity features, MuseFilm capabilities, and a multi-camera setup.
The specification block supplied with the release lists a 6.9-inch 120Hz FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 display, D7300 chipset, Android 16, and a 5,200mAh battery with 33W charging.
It also lists 8GB RAM plus 16GB of memory expansion, 256GB storage, and microSD expansion of up to 2TB. The rear camera configuration consists of a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP autofocus ultrawide camera, and a flicker sensor, while the front camera is 32MP.
The model supports either two physical SIMs or one physical SIM plus one eSIM. It weighs 208g and measures 169.4 x 80.05 x 7.98mm.
The NXTPAPER 70 Pro Nebula Gold with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage has an introductory price of PHP22,995.
K70 Power 4G prioritizes battery life
For users who place a premium on endurance, the K70 Power 4G is positioned around extended battery life. TCL claims the phone can provide up to three days of use on a single charge.
The device supports 33W fast charging and carries TÜV certification, which TCL cites as an indicator of reliability and long-term durability.
The K70 Power 4G Nebula Blue with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at PHP9,495.
NXTPAPER technology moves to mobile
TCL first introduced NXTPAPER technology in 2021. The system combines display hardware and software to create a more paper-like viewing experience and is designed to reduce visual discomfort during prolonged reading, work, streaming, and scrolling.
The NXTPAPER 60 Ultra and NXTPAPER 70 Pro build on this display approach while adding features for productivity, content creation, entertainment, and mobile photography.
