With the October 26 release date of Windows 8 looming, it makes sense that manufacturers would want to get the word out on their products as soon as possible before being crushed by the wave of inevitable press releases from competing brands. Asus is one such manufacturer, and has detailed their next generation touch-optimized ET2701 AiO. This particular AiO uses a 27-inch touch-sensitive VA panel that delivers 178° viewing angle, which means that it should look good no matter how you look at it. The display maxes out at 1920 x 1080 resolution-wise, so watching full HD movies shouldn’t be a problem with it. It’ll come in different flavors when it comes to processor speeds (starts with Intel’s Core i3-3220 processor and is available all the way up to the i7-3770S) and will come with NVIDIA’s GT640M discrete graphics. For storage, you’re looking at up to 2TB (depending on configuration), with up to 8GB for RAM (again, depending on the configuration). Asus says that the ET2701 AiO will come with a price tag of PhP 73,800, though it’s not clear what particular configuration that amount of money fetches you.
