Earlier today, Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc. announced its partnership with ICT distributor MSI-ECS Philippines to make paperwork easier for the country’s businesses. MSI-ECS will be handling the distribution of Canon’s newest printers: the imageRUNNER 1024, an entry-level A4 copier for small enterprises; and the imageRUNNER 2002, an A3 copier with various other features including remote scanning, ID card copy, and image combination.

Canon promises the above products to be efficient and powerful while minimizing cost of ownership. Capable of multiple tasks—printing, copying, scanning, and faxing—these printers allow businesses to do more and work less, a business strategy emanating through Canon’s hierarchy which has resulted in employees producing better outputs in shorter time periods.

A company that aims to preserve the environment, Canon’s wares use on-demand fixing technology that eliminates warm-up time, heating the fixing element only during priming for lower power costs. These devices use eco-friendly laser technology, are made entirely of recycled materials from recovered machines, and are constructed with less plastic than many other machines in the market. In addition, its line of paper media are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. The FSC promotes responsible management of the world’s forests, advancing environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable methods.
