Cisco announced today that they have appointed Mario Louis Castañeda as their new Philippine Country Manager, who reports directly to the ASEAN VP, Irving Tan.
“Louie brings an incredible amount of expertise and experience to this role, and his leadership validates Cisco’s commitment to grow and develop local talent and provide opportunities for development within the Cisco ASEAN organization,” said Irving Tan.
Louie first joined Cisco in 2009 as manager for channel operations manager, but has a long history in the industry. He served in Microsoft, as the director of the SMB Colutions and Partners Division, and as the FSI Sales Manager at Oracle, as well as various positions in such companies as Fujitsu, James Martin & Co, IBM Philippines and Azure Technologies Philippines.
