Globe Telecom has recently launched its Business Online Portal, an easy to use service platform for small, medium, and large enterprises looking for no-frills account management.
Accessible through https://accounts-business.globe.com.ph/login, the service is exclusive to Globe Business and Globe myBusiness subscribers, including their authorized representatives. The Business Online Portal allows a safe and efficient way of addressing billings and modifying account details securely and in real-time.
According to Globe Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Gil Genio, “the BOP is an alternative channel for Globe Business customers to establish a more efficient and direct approach in addressing billing inquiries and account requests. This innovation in customer interaction effectively increases empowerment of our clientele to access up-to-date information and perform real-time transactions.”
Genio also added that customers are the priority of business customer-facing units of Globe Telecom, saying that combining technology with business allows Globe to gain the trust and confidence of its customers, which in turn empowers enterprises to serve their industry better.
