Bearing the torch to further ignite the digital revolution in the country, Globe Telecom, on August 22 and 23, held the third Wonderful with Globe event with the theme of “Embracing a Wonderful Digital Life today” at the Mega Fashion Hall of SM Megamall.
The 2-day event was the first digital lifestyle expo in the country. It was an upscaled gathering that showcased all things tech—latest trends, gadgets, and applications—which aim to empower the everyday online citizen. Globe is an active advocate of 21st century innovations for Filipinos across the nation be swayed to take part in the growing digital revolution.
Taking into account the skyrocketing relevance of recent technological innovations and digital media in the country, Globe has brought together experts from the media, business, and digital industries to give pertinent insights on how digital innovations have greatly affected people’s daily activities.
On the 22nd, panel discussions and the launch of new Globe services opened the expo exclusively for the media. The Work and Play session discussed how engagements—business or personal—are made more convenient and enjoyable with a host of affordable applications and services.

On the one hand, the Create and Share panel session explored Filipinos’ keenness on expressing their ideas by making technology more flexible and adaptable to one’s personal needs.
