Happy Mobile, the newest player in the local smartphone scene gave a sneak peek at some of the products it will soon be launching in the Philippine market. Armed with the buzz words: quality, fun, and affordable, they will be rolling out 18 phones at price points starting from as low as PHP 599 for a dual-sim feature phone, and PHP 2,399 for an Android smartphone, to PHP 11,999 for its flagship model.
The face of Happy Mobile is award-winning actress and celebrity endorser Heart Evangelista, whose image as a happy, loveable person and a pet-lover gives her universal appeal.
Two “hero” phones will lead Happy Mobile’s brand-building efforts: Prive, a 5.5-inch 1.7GHz octa core smartphone with fingerprint security, will retail at PHP 11,999. Oracle, is a 5.0-incher powered by a 1.5GHz octal core processor, priced at PHP 9,999.
According to the marketing team, they are gearing up for a grand launch on November 23 at SM North Edsa. For those who can’t wait, Happy Mobile phones are already available at some retail outlets notably Benson, Memo Express, and Hello Telecom.
