More than 6,000 people got a glimpse of Nikon’s Summer 2015 camera lineup as the brand showcased their latest wares at the recent DPP9 event at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Heading the lineup was the Nikon D7200. It has a 24.2MP sensor paired with an EXPEED 4 image processor for detailed shots across all lighting conditions. It also has a 1080p video capture mode, better auto ISO features, audio modifications, flat picture control, as well as built-in Wi-Fi, NFC, and Snapbridge.
Also making an appearance was the AW130, an all-weather, tough-as-nails camera with an improved waterproof depth of 100 feet, shockproof up to 7 feet, and freezeproof up to -10 Celsius. GPS, Wi-Fi, Points of Interest, and NFC features come standard. The AW130 comes in options black, blue, orange, camouflage green, and yellow, at a sticker price of PHP 19,990.
The S33 budget friendly camera is also now available at a PHP 7,990 price tag. It can go underwater up to 33 feet and withstand drops of up to 5 feet. It is also freezeproof up to -10 Celsius. Meanwhile, the stylish S2900 is a 20.1MP snapper with 5x zoom and a slim and lightweight body priced at PHP 4,990.
The Coolpix P900 was on display with its powerful 83x optical zoom and 166x dynamic fine zoom. Other features include a 16MP sensor, 3-inch vari-angle LCD, WiFi, NFC, PSAM mode control dial, built-in GPS, and VR lens with f/2.8-6.5.
Last but not least, the P610 with a 16MP sensor, 60x optical zoom, GPS, Wi-Fi, NFC, PSAM dial mode and 3-inch vari-angle LCD has been announced with an SRP of PHP 22,990.
