Technology giants PLDT and Samsung recently partnered to deliver innovative business solutions for the county’s expanding small-and-medium enterprises (SME) market.
PLDT, through its business arm SME Nation, signed a strategic partnership with Samsung Electronics, to empower entrepreneurs with business-enhancing bundles comprised of cutting-edge broadband technology and cloud services bundled with the latest IT equipment and smart devices.
SMEs nationwide are assured of reliable high-speed connectivity, trusted cloud-based solutions partnered with high-tech gadgets such as tablets, notebooks and Smart Wifi LED TVs which can help them be more productive and efficient.
To succeed, SMEs have to capitalize on given agility and speed advantages, again, with the right ICT tools which must include highly reliable access networks and relevant business solutions which drive efficiencies and cost savings,” said PLDT EVP and head of Enterprise, International and Carrier Business, Eric Alberto.
Samsung’s high penetration in the market today, being a preferred brand among consumers and professionals, compelled the company to create a B2B (business-to-business) group aimed at empowering small-to-medium sized enterprises by providing them with the most reliable IT and mobile productions for their business.
“Today’s partnership is significant as it represents a fruitful union between two of the leading companies in their own respective fields” said Chung Lyong Lee, president and CEO of Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation (SEPCO).
