SAP SE has made available the new SAP S/4HANA service packages to enable customers to easily deploy the different implementations of SAP Business Suite 4 SAP HANA and to also provide a platform for the adoption of future innovations.
The service packages cover all project phases and scenarios of SAP S/4HANA, including system conversion, landscape transformation, and new implementations, as well as all deployment options of SAP S/4HANA, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid..

The service packages combine diverse services and embedded support in four distinct offerings, each with an increasing level of engagement. It comprises SAP Active Embedded for planning and safeguarding of SAP S/4HANA; SAP Active Embedded for technical implementation of SAP S/4HANA; SAP Active Embedded for functional implementation of SAP S/4HANA; and SAP Max Attention for innovation with SAP S/4HANA.
