The latest The Blueprint by Globe brings together new benefits across mobile, home internet, roaming, digital lifestyle services, mobility, and customer rewards.
Globe is expanding its customer experience strategy through the latest edition of The Blueprint by Globe, bringing together new technologies, partnerships, offers, and rewards designed to make connectivity more useful and more personal.
The August edition builds on two earlier Blueprint events that explored how connectivity supports the way Filipinos work, learn, earn, move, and stay in touch. This time, Globe is shifting the focus from simply providing access to helping customers get more value from that connection through easier services, more relevant offers, and benefits designed around how they live.
Making connectivity more personal

Globe says connectivity can serve different purposes depending on the moment, from reaching someone important to making everyday tasks easier or enjoying entertainment and other digital experiences.
“Connectivity means different things at different moments for every customer. Sometimes it’s about being able to reach someone when it matters, while other times it’s about making everyday tasks easier or simply enjoying more of what they love,” said KD Dizon, chief marketing officer at Globe.
Dizon added that the company’s goal is to understand those moments and make Globe services work more closely around customer needs. The strategy includes strengthening the systems and applications customers use while building experiences that are more dependable, relevant, and rewarding.
Globe Circle and the return of 917 GDay
Globe also highlighted the return of 917 GDay 2026, its annual customer celebration, with new rewards and surprise experiences designed to recognize subscribers.
Another key initiative is Globe Circle, which recognizes customers who use Globe for both mobile and home connectivity. Members can access added benefits, rewards, and experiences across their broader relationship with the company rather than being treated separately as mobile and broadband subscribers.
Together, these programs reflect Globe’s effort to build a more connected customer ecosystem, where rewards and benefits extend across multiple services instead of being limited to individual subscriptions.
New digital lifestyle partnerships
As connectivity becomes more integrated into entertainment, fitness, and everyday digital activity, Globe is also expanding its partnerships with digital platforms.
The company highlighted experiences involving ReelShort, Strava, and Meta AI, giving customers more ways to access short-form entertainment, fitness services, and AI-enabled experiences through their Globe connection. These partnerships are part of a broader push to add lifestyle value around connectivity rather than positioning mobile or broadband service as a standalone utility.
Globe also introduced new roaming and home internet offers aimed at giving customers more flexibility whether they are traveling or staying connected at home. The company positions these additions around greater convenience and value across different usage situations.
Green GSM adds an electric mobility option
Globe is also linking its customer experience strategy with mobility through Green GSM, an all-electric ride-hailing service that uses VinFast electric vehicles.
The initiative gives customers another transportation option while supporting the shift toward electric mobility. Globe also says Green GSM creates opportunities for drivers to participate in the transition to EV-based transportation.
The inclusion of mobility alongside roaming, entertainment, fitness, home internet, and rewards shows how Globe is trying to extend its relevance beyond telecommunications into a broader set of connected lifestyle services.
TM marks 25 years
Globe’s prepaid brand TM is also celebrating its 25th anniversary with a year-long program built around rewards, value, and community activities.
Nationwide TeaM Fair caravans will bring games, activities, and prizes to different communities, culminating in the TeaM Fair Concert on September 12 featuring Dionela and SB19. The anniversary activities are designed to extend TM’s customer engagement beyond digital services and into shared offline experiences.
From connectivity to everyday value
Taken together, the initiatives under the latest Blueprint show how Globe is broadening the role of connectivity across different parts of everyday life. The company is combining mobile and home services with rewards, entertainment, AI, fitness, mobility, travel, and community experiences in an effort to make customer relationships more personalized.
The underlying shift is from thinking about connectivity primarily as network access to treating it as a platform for added value. For Globe, that means building services and partnerships that can fit more naturally into how customers move, work, play, travel, and stay connected.
In Summary
Globe’s latest The Blueprint event introduced new customer experiences across mobile, home internet, roaming, rewards, digital lifestyle services, and mobility.
Key initiatives include the return of 917 GDay 2026, the launch of Globe Circle for customers using both mobile and home services, partnerships with ReelShort, Strava, and Meta AI, Green GSM electric ride-hailing, and TM’s 25th anniversary activities.
