The EOS 6D Mark II is equipped with a 26.2-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor and a shooting speed of up to 6.5 fps that delivers exceptionally clear images even under low light conditions and produces an impressive background blur effect – which is usually the output seen through the use of large sensors. The brand new Panning function, specially created by Canon, analyzes panning speed and automatically selects the optimal shutter speed to keep moving subjects in focus while enhancing the background blur.
Browsing and Shooting Made Easy
Travelers and photography lovers can also enjoy shooting from either a high or low angle with the Vari-angle touch LCD screen that adds more variety and photo options to choose from. The Intelligent Viewfinder saves the user time by making it easier to access all shooting information without looking away from the viewfinder.
Canon ensures that photographers won’t forget, and keep record of the places they’ve photographed and visited with the GPS receiver where they can log coordinates for each image and store them as metadata. Running out of battery won’t be a problem too, as the optional battery grip (BG-E21) that houses 2 pieces of LP-E6N batteries is programmed to function for hours.

With the high-speed Dual Pixel CMOS AF, users can document exciting moments seamlessly, and also enable users to switch focus from a foreground to a background subject quickly through using the Vari-angle LCD.
The numerous advanced video features of the camera also include customization of the tracking sensitivity and AF speed to create desired effects. The 5-axis image stabilization when paired with non-IS lenses, supports handheld shoots and minimizes shaky footage, while the 4K Time-lapse movie function, where users can create a full video through putting together still images shot at different intervals over time.
Upload and transfer anytime, anywhere
Canon also makes sure they keep up with the fast-paced consumer lifestyle by addressing the need to transfer and upload photos on the go. With the EOS 6D Mark II’s Wi-Fi, NFC and Bluetooth features, users can instantly transfer photos to their phones, social media accounts, cloud storage, and Canon Image Gateway.
To enhance user experience, the Canon Camera Connect app gives real-time control of all your camera settings. The camera’s Bluetooth low energy technology enables users to browse and view images and start remote capture from the camera with live view without disrupting your connection, even when the camera is in Auto Power Off mode.
