The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) is proud to announce that the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) MIMAROPA and the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) CALABARZON have officially relocated their offices to PITX. This move not only makes government services more accessible to the public but also enhances convenience for employees with the new offices’ strategic location and excellent connectivity.
As a major transportation hub, PITX is ideally positioned to support DENR MIMAROPA and DENR EMB CALABARZON in their mission to provide streamlined, efficient services to the public. Customers can now easily access these agencies’ services, including permits and environmental clearances, at a central, convenient location with multiple transportation options.
“We are delighted to welcome DENR MIMAROPA and DENR EMB CALABARZON to our growing family of tenants,” said Jason Salvador, corporate affairs and government relations director of PITX. “Their presence here is a testament to our commitment to providing a hub that is not only a gateway for travel but also a center for essential public services.”
The relocation to PITX offers significant benefits to DENR MIMAROPA and DENR EMB CALABARZON employees, thanks to the terminal’s strategic connectivity to Metro Manila and nearby provinces. With easy access to buses, jeepneys, shuttles, and a soon-to-be-completed LRT1 extension directly connecting to the transport terminal, commuting will become even more efficient, reducing travel time and improving overall convenience.
“We are thrilled that our location can support DENR MIMAROPA and DENR EMB CALABARZON’s goals of enhanced service delivery and a better work environment,” added Salvador. “This is another example of how PITX is evolving beyond a transportation terminal into a community hub that serves the diverse needs of our city and region.”
With the addition of DENR MIMAROPA and DENR EMB CALABARZON to its roster of tenants, PITX continues to expand its role as a vital center for public services, transportation, and community activities. We look forward to supporting these agencies in their mission to serve the public effectively and efficiently.
