Maya has been recognized for the third consecutive year as a Top Collecting Partner of Pag-IBIG Fund, highlighting its role in supporting digital payment collections through the agency’s Virtual Pag-IBIG platform.
The digital financial services provider processed more than 3.5 million transactions worth over PHP24 billion for Pag-IBIG Fund in 2025. According to the company, this represented nearly 20% growth in transaction volume and more than 38% growth in transaction value compared to the previous year.
Through Maya’s payment infrastructure, Pag-IBIG members can pay savings contributions and loan obligations online, providing a more convenient alternative to in-person transactions.
Growing adoption of Virtual Pag-IBIG
Virtual Pag-IBIG was launched in December 2022 as the agency’s online platform for member services. It allows users to manage contributions, apply for housing loans, monitor records, and complete transactions through a computer or mobile device. The platform has surpassed 13.81 million downloads as of 2025.
