In a move that shouldn’t be all that surprising, Samsung announced that the Galaxy Note Edge will be made available to local consumers shortly after a quick pre-order period this February.
The device, which packs a 2.7 Ghz Quad Core processor, runs on Android 4.4 (Kitkat) comes with a innovative stylish design that sets it apart from the regular Galaxy Note 4 variant. The Note Edge features a premium metal frame with a fluid curvature that seamlessly blends with the 5.6 inch Quad HD and Super AMOLED display. The curved, right edge of the device provides quick access to frequently used apps, alerts, and device functionality with a swipe of the thumb, even when the device is closed. Users can also receive notifications directly on the Edge Screen while watching videos without disturbing their viewing.
The advanced S Pen introduces an enhanced digital writing experience and allows you to personalize the Edge screen as you please. Quick tools provide access to various apps and features anytime, while the multi-window display makes seamless multitasking possible.
To be among one of the first owners of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, head over to your nearest Samsung Experience Center, and pre-order, any time from now until February 15. Those who place their orders via this route will also get additional freebies such as a free flip cover worth Php 1,499.00; an extended warranty that covers two years; and free content and services including one season pass to any available TV Series on Seasons, free bookings for three (3) rides from GrabTaxi; and five (5) complimentary passes to a special movie bundle from Blink.
The device, which costs PHP 43,990, is available via straight cash payment, credit card, or zero percent interest over 18 months via BPI and local Citibank credit cards.
