Yamaha Philippines recently held RevPinas, its nationwide festival tour that merges the passion for riding with different cultural celebrations. This time around, the “pambansang piyesta” coincided with the Arangkada day of Caloocan City.In the event were a crowd of motorcycle enthusiasts and other guests graced by presence of senior marketing section manager Ryan Jude Camus, officers from Motortrade, and city mayor Oca Malapitan, who opened the booth activities. Along with several games, activities, and performances by Bamboo and TJ Monterede, the finals of Motogymkhana were also held.
Displayed in the festival were select Yamaha products that included the MIO automatic line-up which comprised of the Mio I 125, Mio Soul I 125 and their S Versions sport a Stop and Start System; the TFX150, the new Sight; and the much anticipated Blu is Fast lineup composed of the Mio Aerox, Sniper 150, and the all new YZF-R15, YZF-R3, YZF-R1. Among the stars of the show that gathered a series of queries and interest was the YZF-R6, the latest addition to the R-Series, and without a doubt, among the most popular racing machines that feature next generation design and technology.
The winners from Sta. Rosa Laguna and Naga City, Cebu also battled it out at the Motogymkhana finals. Alongside the competitive battle was a stunt show that featured the Yamaha TFX150, FZi, and SZ.
Aimed at gathering motorcycle enthusiasts, Yamaha RevPinas hopes to provide an avenue for customers to celebrate their passion for riding. Yamaha is set to hold other RevPinas “piyesta na bayan” events in Dumaguete, Palawan, and Naga.
