The Lenovo Flex 2 is an affordable new addition to the company’s Flex family of dual mode laptops. It boasts a 300-degree hinge feature, which allows users to switch between a traditional “Laptop mode” for work and “Stand mode” for entertainment purposes. For an enhanced visual experience, the Flex 2 comes with a full HD screen and discrete graphics models.
“The Flex 2 embodies Lenovo’s commitment to innovation by blending two great modes– a full-function, multitouch laptop and a stand – in one convenient and affordable machine. With new features like a crystal clear high resolution screen and the latest processing technology, the Flex 2 gives consumers the capability to manage and express their digital lives more efficiently,” said Michael Ngan, Country General Manager, Lenovo Philippines.
Akin to a convertible laptop PC, the Flex 2 allows users to a Windows 8.1 touch-centric experience in both modes via the 10-finger multitouch screen. In traditional clamshell laptop mode, users can be more productive with its comfortable keyboard and functional one piece multitouch touchpad (with an optional cool metal palmrest). With a simple flip of the keyboard underneath the screen, it can be converted to Stand mode.
Available in 14 and 15.6-inch screen variants, the Flex 2 sports a full HD 1920X1080 widescreen display on select models. Users can also choose NVIDIA GeForce graphics on models with up to 4th generation Intel Core i7 processors for a rich and more immersive entertainment experience.
The Flex 2, which comes in white and red for the 14-inch model, and black for the 15.6-inch model, is available starting from PHP 30,495 and PHP 49,995 respectively, through select Lenovo Exclusive Stores (LES) and authorized retailers.
