Ride-hailing platform inDrive has awarded more than PHP2 million in incentives, fuel vouchers, vehicles, and livelihood packages to top-performing partner drivers through its Platinum Driver Campaign, reinforcing its commitment to supporting drivers and promoting service excellence.
The incentive program recognizes drivers who consistently maintain high performance while providing additional earning opportunities amid rising operating costs and increasing demand for ride-hailing services. According to inDrive, partner drivers also increased their weekly earnings by up to 12 percent during the campaign period.
Rewarding Driver Performance
Drivers from Metro Manila, Cebu, and Bacolod who achieved Platinum status qualified for weekly raffles throughout the campaign. A total of 319 partner drivers received prizes, including laptops and fuel vouchers.
The campaign concluded with a grand raffle that awarded larger prizes, including a BYD Seal 5 DM-i, an M25 electric motorcycle, and sari-sari store livelihood packages to provide recipients with additional household income.

“Being a TNVS driver comes with its share of challenges, including heavy traffic and expensive fuel. But despite these hurdles, inDrive drivers still show up every single day. This inspired us to come up with this Platinum Driver Giveaway to thank them for their dedication to the job and encourage them to keep on improving their road performance and passenger service,” said Vanessa Taqueban, driver operations lead for inDrive Philippines.

Supporting Driver Earnings
According to inDrive, its active driver base has grown by more than 100 percent since May 2025, reflecting continued demand for ride-hailing services in key urban areas.
The company said the Platinum Driver Campaign forms part of a broader effort to improve driver engagement and earnings. Since the initiative was introduced last year, the number of Platinum drivers has increased by 130 percent between July 2025 and June 2026.
inDrive also reported that the campaign encouraged drivers to improve their earning efficiency, resulting in average weekly earnings increasing by around 12 percent without requiring additional time on the road.
Beyond the Platinum Driver Campaign, the company continues to offer seasonal incentives, fuel vouchers, and operational support for partner drivers.
Its Green Zone initiative also remains available in selected high-demand areas, reducing commission rates to as low as 1 percent, allowing qualified drivers to retain up to 99 percent of their fares.
Investing in Long-Term Development
Alongside financial incentives, inDrive is expanding its driver development initiatives through a partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
The collaboration will introduce the Driver Academy, providing partner drivers with professional training and skills development opportunities aimed at strengthening their long-term earning potential while supporting safer and higher-quality ride-hailing services.
“As inDrive continues its nationwide expansion, it is vital for us to build a stronger Platinum Driver community, as this can create a more reliable riding experience for our passengers,” said Sofia Guinto, country manager of inDrive Philippines. “We plan to continue rewarding loyal and top-performing drivers with strategic incentives, further boost their earning potential, and provide them with financial support both on and off the job.”
Strengthening the Driver Community
As the platform expands its network of partner drivers nationwide, inDrive says it will continue investing in programs that recognize driver performance while providing opportunities for higher earnings and professional growth.
Through initiatives such as the Platinum Driver Campaign, Green Zone, and the upcoming Driver Academy, the company aims to strengthen its driver community while supporting a more reliable ride-hailing experience for passengers.
