On December 8, 2016, Suzuki Philippines in partnership with DES Marketing opened its first 3S (sales, spare parts, and service) Specialty shop in Ormoc City.
The recently inaugurated 3S shop is the second under Suzuki and DES Marketing’s more than 16 years of partnership–the first is in Consolacion, Cebu. The 171 sqm establishment sits along the hustling street of Lilia Ave. in Cogon, making it an accessible one-stop shop for motorheads in the city.
As a 3S shop, it is neatly divided into three parts where customers can expect excellent service whether they’re in to purchase a new Suzuki motorbike, get authentic spare parts and apparel, or have their wheels serviced.
Greeting customers as they come in is the main showroom. It is designed in colors white, black, silver, and blue which altogether gives the space a sophisticated air. The showroom is also adorned with the brand’s latest campaign “Para sa lahat ng trip mo” featuring Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil as ambassadors. A glass window separates the showroom and the service area. There are chairs and a long table installed right in front of the window so that customers can get a glimpse of the work area while remaining comfortable and sweat-free in the main showroom.
On display in this 3S shop are the much loved Suzuki Smash in its recently made available fashion colors frenetic purple and frenetic magenta, the global scooter Address, the Raider R1150, the Raider J115 Fi, and the Shooter which all will soon be offered in premium matte black, the speedy Skydrive, the exhilarating Gixxer, the budget-friendly GD110, and lastly the advanced X4-AX4.
During the inauguration of the shop, Suzuki and DES Marketing treated its first customers to discounts, a Noche Buena package worth PHP 1,000, and free service to Suzuki motorcycle owners. The whole day was crammed with fun activities such as singing and dance competitions, custom bike contest, stunts show, games, and raffle draw for Suzuki riders and customers within the vicinity. Model-actress Sam Pinto also graced the event and performed songs for the crowd.
