Users can earn GrabCoins from eligible GrabCar bookings, GrabFood and GrabMart orders, GrabPay transactions, and other qualifying in-app activities. Once earned, users can redeem the coins for vouchers or discounts on eligible rides, deliveries, grocery purchases, and in-store payments.
More ways to earn GrabCoins
All Grab users can earn GrabCoins by completing eligible transactions and taking part in selected in-app activities. These include making an Advanced Booking or Group Ride, hosting a GrabFood group order, ordering during special promotional periods, and purchasing from participating grocery and pharmacy categories on GrabMart.
GrabUnlimited members receive enhanced GrabCoins on eligible cashless Grab transactions. Members earn 6 GrabCoins for every PHP100 spent using GrabPay and 3 GrabCoins for every PHP100 spent using other cashless payment methods, giving subscribers an additional rewards layer on top of eligible transactions.
Double Coins Days every month
Grab is also introducing Double Coins Days, a recurring monthly promotion available to all users from the 23rd to the 25th of each month. During this period, users can earn 2× GrabCoins on selected transactions.
The exact participating offers may vary and are listed on the GrabCoins homepage in the app. This gives users a regular window each month to accumulate coins more quickly across selected Grab services and transactions.
Using GrabCoins across the app
Once users have earned enough GrabCoins, they can redeem them for vouchers through the GrabCoins catalog or apply them directly to eligible GrabCar, GrabFood, and GrabMart transactions through the GrabCoins toggle feature.
GrabCoins can also be used for in-store QR Ph purchases when paying with GrabPay, extending their use beyond rides and deliveries.
