A jaw-dropping 45.7 megapixels is what Nikon is offering with the Nikon D850. This is all thanks to the company’s very own backside-illuminated (BSI), FX-format, full-frame CMOS image sensor with no optical low-pass filter. It makes use of the new EXPEED 5 image processing, giving lower noise levels, a wider dynamic range, and improved capture of subtle details. It also allows the camera to shoot full-resolution photos up to 7 fps and take 4K UHD video at 30 fps. The D850 has a wide ISO range from 64 to 25,600 which is expandable to a range of ISO 32 to 102,400. The D850 also uses the precision autofocus system as Nikon’s flagship the D5. It has 153 focus points, 99 cross-type sensors, a dedicated AF processor, and low light capabilities of up to -4 EV.
