The hacker collective known as PrivateX has struck again, with the group managing to penetrate the Government website for the National Commission of Culture and Arts. You’ll be able to see the intro for the website http://www.ncca.gov.ph/, but once you’re past the flash intro, you’ll be treated to the webpage above, along with a catchy rap tune about Anonymous. We have little information about why PrivateX targeted the website, but this isn’t the first time that the group has done this. The group has targeted and successfully hacked the Office of the Vice President and the Food and Drug Administration back in July, wishing President Aquino luck before his SONA address. The attack also highlights the need for tighter security for government websites, which as PrivateX has demonstrated, are still able to be penetrated by hackers.
