Sony has recently announced that the release date of their upcoming bashfest title, Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, is on October 23rd in the US.
If you remember our Super Smash Bros 4 post, we mentioned that this title would have an SSB-type gameplay, featuring a full catalog of PlayStation characters. We’ll let the trailer speak for itself:
As you can see in the video, the pool of playable fighters includes Twisted Metal’s Sweet Tooth, Uncharted’s Nathan Drake, PaRappa the Rapper, Heihachi from Tekken, Sly Cooper, Big Daddy from BioShock, Fat Princess, and Toro.
Aside from its PS3 release, PlayStation All-Stars will also be available on PS Vita, allowing you and your buddies to have cross-platform matches.
