In a day filled with in-depth demos, Ricoh was able to showcase to its guests its latest and greatest office productivity solutions in an intimate and up-close set up. Apart from the presentation, the demo allowed guests to see new capabilities of Ricoh’s technologies especially built for effective productivity.

Next generation Digital Multifunction Colored Printers (MFPs)
The event included the showcase of Ricoh’s newest multifunctional colored printers (MFPs), the MPC4504cxSp and the MPC2004EXSP, which were both equipped with the company’s Android-based smart operation panels.
With the Ricoh’s newest MFPs come a plethora of benefits that include several automations for more efficient workflows, familiar touch gestures, wireless connectivity, network integration, stapling without staple wires, and more. Providing a productivity solution with unmatched precision and quality, the MFPs also come with the capability of printing high quality 1200 x 1200 dots per inch images, at a blazing speed of 30 to 60 pages per minute.
Interactive and instant collaboration
Ricoh recognizes that business continuity and collaboration, even across vast distances, are integral to success. With that, the company offers the IWB-D6510 interactive whiteboard as a way to provide real-time collaborative digital meetings. The all-in-one digital whiteboard is able to broadcast its screen to 20 users simultaneously, provide the possibility to edit, markup, and share documents in real-time, make video calls, and more. Security-wise, users are given the preference to limit information access.
A Projector of Convenience
Ricoh’s PJ-WX4152N Ultra Short Throw Projector is set to be a game changer. Straying away from the old and traditional way of projecting image on surfaces, Ricoh’s technology is able to clearly display images even when it is placed 4.6 inches away from the projector. With a 1280 x 800 WXGA wide format resolution, a capability to broadcast content across devices remotely, a contrast ratio of 13,000:1, and 3,500 lumens, there’s no doubt that Ricoh’s projector is technology ahead of its time.
