Globe Telecom kicks off 2014 through reinforcing their commitment in delivering a more exemplary service to the subscribers, businesses and the nation.
Globe created a program named Project Wonderful with the aim of taking part in helping the victims of typhoon Yolanda. Through their Bangon Pinoy disaster response and relief efforts, Globe branched out Project Wonderful into three pillars:
First, the Nation-building pillar, which aims to rebuild the homes and schools as well as provide livelihood opportunities for the Yolanda victims.
Second, the Culture-building pillar that has the main goal of starting the rebuilding from within. This branch will focus more on Globe in becoming a more customer-centric organization – fueled by a common passion to help and live a culture of service guided by their renewed mission, vision, and values.
And lastly, the Brand-building pillar that revolves around Globe’s passion and commitment to their customer through continuously offering innovative and relevant deals.
“Project Wonderful endeavors to make a difference in the lives of our consumers, employees, and Filipinos in general by helping them create a wonderful world where everything is getting better everyday, from a nation that will continue to rise above challengers, an organization that makes service delivery as ultimate differentiator, to a brand that makes an impact to the lives of the customers. This is the journey of Globe, and we rejoin our subscribers and the rest of the country to be part of it.” said Globe President and CEO Ernest Cu.
