Samsung Electronics appoints KK Park as the president of their Southeast Asia headquarters to lead all of the company’s businesses in the SEA region and in Oceania, effective immediately.
KK Park is best known for being the first-ever president of Samsung Africa. He served there for over three years, and under his leadership, he was able to expand the company’s operational infrastructure in Africa and establish a presence for the company in a new market.
Prior to assuming his post in Africa, KK Park was the managing director of Thailand Samsung Electronics (TSE).
Samsung Electronics Southeast Asia Headquarters’ outgoing president, Gregory Lee, will be moving on to become the president of Samsung Telecommunications America (STA).
