HUAWEI has officially unveiled the HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series, expanding its smartwatch portfolio with a stronger focus on sports tracking, wellness monitoring, and AI-assisted fitness guidance.

Headlined by the HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Pro, the new lineup combines lightweight premium materials, upgraded health tracking technologies, and outdoor-focused fitness features in a compact smartwatch design.

The launch reflects how smart wearables continue to evolve beyond basic notifications and activity tracking, becoming more comprehensive lifestyle, wellness, and coaching platforms.

Premium design built for everyday wear

The HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Pro features a 1.92-inch 2.5D sapphire glass display paired with a titanium alloy bezel while weighing just 30.4g.

HUAWEI also introduced an Aerospace-Grade Nanoceramic Metal finish for the WATCH FIT 5 Pro White edition, designed to improve durability and scratch resistance.

The HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series includes expanded health management features designed to provide more comprehensive wellness insights.

Among its capabilities are pulse wave arrhythmia analysis, menstrual cycle trend tracking via temperature monitoring, and ECG functionality on the WATCH FIT 5 Pro.

The smartwatch also introduces a Diabetes Risk Study feature that uses PPG-based vascular signal analysis to help identify potential metabolic risks through long-term monitoring.

HUAWEI emphasized that the device is not a medical product and that collected data should only be used for reference purposes.

Outdoor sports and AI-powered coaching

For fitness-focused users, the HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Pro supports advanced sports modes, including trail running, cycling, golf, freediving up to 40 meters, and pickleball.

Using the PickleX app, the smartwatch can automatically track racket swings, shot counts, heart rate, and calories burned during pickleball sessions.

The new “mini-workout” feature also introduces quick guided exercises led by an animated panda coach, designed for users looking to squeeze short workouts into busy schedules.

The HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series supports more than 100 sports modes overall, positioning the device as both a fitness tracker and an everyday wellness companion.
