LG Electronics kick-starts 2014 with a limited-time-only New Year price promo on three of its top mid-range smartphones.
The Korean tech giant will be offering the LG G Pro Lite at PHP 13,990 (from the regular price of PHP 15,990). This dual-SIM “phablet” features an embedded stylus pen, 5.5-inch IPS display, 8-megapixel BSI camera, and a 3,140 mAh battery.
The L7II, boasting a 1 GHz dual-core processor and an 8-megapixel camera, can now be purchased at PHP 7,990 (from PHP 9,990) for the single-SIM and PHP 8,490 (from PHP 10,490) for the dual-SIM, whereas the L5II—featuring a 1 GHz CPU and a 5-megapixel camera—is now pegged at PHP 5,990 (from PHP 6,990) for its single-SIM model.
According to Lawrence Kim, vice president of LG Electronics Philippines Mobile Communications division, “There was strong market reception to our premium G Series and mid-range L Series II lineups,” he shared. “This is why we’re starting 2014 with a bang; this promo is our way of thanking our loyal and new customers.”
The LG G Pro Lite will be discounted until February 28, 2014 while the discounted LG Optimus L7II and L5II rates will be valid until February 16, 2014. The promo will be available at all participating LG Mobile dealers nationwide, per DTI-NCR Permit No. 11249 Series of 2013 and DTI-NCR Permit No. 0129 Series of 2014.
