Hive Modular is working with the Bank of the Philippine Islands to make its sustainable prefab homes more accessible through structured housing financing. Under the collaboration, qualified buyers may apply for a BPI Housing Loan covering eligible Hive Modular homes. Loan options start at PHP400,000, with repayment terms of up to 20 years.
