For all you audio aficionados out there, the cumbersome task of digitizing your vinyl collection for portability may soon be over. A designer by the name of Olivier Meynard has forged a breakthrough concept which fuses the worlds of analog and digital together.
In theory, the machine is essentially a turntable with an iPhone charging dock embedded into it. Users will simply have to play their favorite LP record or 45 and simultaneously record and convert songs for instant use with the iPhone.
Granted, while this is certainly not the first machine or design to hit the market, Meynard’s idea is unique because it is slated to have its own built in amp encased within a modern yet sleek exterior.
