Following an increasing presence of government agencies on the microblogging site such as the helpful (and often intentionally hilarious) PNP twitter account, the Central Intelligence Agency has jumped on the Twitter with the most appropriate, and hilarious first tweet one could ask for:
It is presumable that the Twitter account will find the same use as the agency’s Facebook page, which will have postings on job openings, trivia, and other tidbits to possibly try to boost support and sway public opinion to their side.
People have taken to the Tweet rather well, which might be a sign that everything is working just as they planned. Now, please excuse us while we comb our own accounts for incriminating posts.
