Apple has slipped an update for the iOS, with the new patch 4.3.3 fixing some of the issues with the location cache that caused such an uproar a month ago. Listed on the official apple website, the patch reduces the size of the cache used to store the data, and removes the automatic backup of the cache into iTunes. In addition, the new patch also deletes the entire cache when a user opts to turn the location services off.
