This app lets you verify that you have Epson Genuine Ink

Epson, the global leader in printing technology, has officially launched the Epson Genuine Ink PH mobile app, which aims to help customers verify the authenticity of their ink products. Available for free download on iOS and Android devices, the Epson Genuine Ink PH app is designed to protect customers from counterfeit inks that can damage printers and void warranties.

Fake inks have long been a problem in the printer industry, posing risks to both consumers and manufacturers. These inks can lead to poor print quality, printer malfunctions, and voided warranties. The Epson Genuine Ink PH app offers a convenient and reliable solution for customers to ensure they are using authentic Epson inks.

“We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services,” said Masako Kusama, Epson Philippines president. “The launch of the Epson Genuine Ink PH app demonstrates our commitment to protecting our customers and ensuring they have the best possible quality prints.”

Epson has implemented a comprehensive two-step approach for Genuine Ink verification.

Before purchasing inks at Epson’s official stores or authorized dealers, Epson advises customers to check the hologram sticker placed on the side of its Genuine Inks boxes. This allows customers to confirm the authenticity of the product in three ways before buying the product First is the temperature-sensitive element: rubbing the blue “genuine” section several times will cause it to lighten in color as a reaction to friction and heat. Second is the light-sensitive aspect: shining a light directly onto the plain silver portions of the top and bottom hologram stickers will reveal the hidden word “Epson.” Third is the color-shifting label on the ink box changes colors when tilted, further confirming the product’s authenticity.

After purchasing, customers can use the new Epson Genuine Ink PH app for verification as an added security measure. It allows users to verify the authenticity of their ink products by scanning the QR code or inputting the Random Number (RN) found on the upper hologram sticker of the ink box. The app will then display whether the QR code or RN is registered as genuine. Users can also create a report if they suspect they have purchased counterfeit ink, providing valuable information to Epson and helping combat the proliferation of fake inks in the market.

Epson encourages customers to purchase Genuine Inks only from authorized dealers and official online stores. By doing so, customers can enjoy the benefits of genuine Epson inks, including high-quality prints, reliable performance, and protection under Epson’s warranty.

Beyond the app, the company has a dedicated page on its website called Speak UP!, where customers can report fake and compatible inks. This allows users to submit reports about counterfeit products, further assisting Epson in its efforts to combat the issue. With the Speak UP! page and the Epson Genuine Ink PH app, Epson is able to further its commitment to significantly reduce the prevalence of counterfeit inks in the market and safeguard the quality and reliability of its products for customers.

Samsung’s Solve for Tomorrow invites STEM students to propose tech solutions for social impact

Launched for the first time in the Philippines, Samsung’s Solve for Tomorrow aims to unleash the creativity and potential of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) students in discovering social solutions with the use of technology. In partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Solve for Tomorrow aims to provide opportunities for top students to transform emerging ideas into action and unlock their full potential as future leaders. This global program has successfully helped over 2 million people and has reached beyond the boundaries of 50 other countries, including the Philippines, as the latest addition this 2023.

Samsung is inviting public science high school students from Grades 8 to 10 to showcase their groundbreaking ideas that can positively impact communities and create a better tomorrow. Participating schools can form teams with a maximum of four (4) students and one (1) faculty advisor for every entry. There will be no limit to how many teams can join per school.

The team should identify a local community or an environmental sustainability problem and provide a design proposal outlining sustainable and feasible solutions with the help of technology. The proposal can be in a slide presentation format (5 slides maximum) or a Word document (2,500 words maximum). After completing the proposal, teams must submit their entry via the Solve for Tomorrow registration site before or on November 3, 2023.

Ten shortlisted teams will have a chance to be coached by Samsung experts, and present their proposals to an esteemed board of judges. The Grand Prize winner will receive Samsung devices worth up to PHP650,000 for their school, PHP190,000 worth of Samsung devices for the team and their teacher adviser, PHP100,000 cash prize for team members, and PHP20,000 cash prize for faculty adviser. Full mechanics and prizes can be found on the official website

Here are just some of the solutions developed by winners of Samsung’s Solve for Tomorrow from around the world.

Looking for a study buddy? TAZ’s App got your back

Indeed, wherever young innovators triumph, each convenes to develop solutions for a better tomorrow.  TAZ, the winning team from Malaysia in 2021, from St. Francis Institution, Malacca, developed an app that helps Malaysian students around the country to connect with study buddies who share similar interests and help them acquire access to a variety of learning materials nationwide and equip their peers with time management tips.

PathFinder System:  Key to safer spaces in schools

A gunshot detection and evacuation system was one of the 2022 Solve for Tomorrow’s grand prize winners in the United States. Designed by students from Porter High School, Texas, the PathFinder system addresses crowd stampedes caused by a threat of an active shooter. It aims to ensure students’ safety inside their school and ease the fear of school shootings. It essentially eradicates false alarms and its LED lights change color to indicate the proximity of danger while pointing out the safest way out. It was one of the smartest prototypes proposed in the competition, as it is highly functional and sustainable.

Support athletes during competitions with the Human Health Band

With an innovation that aimed to assist athletes on their road to victory, Strawberry Crest High School from Dover, Florida, was awarded one of the four grand-winners for Solve for Tomorrow 2023. With a Human Health Band designed to monitor an athlete’s body temperature and prevent heat-related deaths,  the team conducted thorough research on making this project feasible and sustainable to save lives using recycled fabrics and developed software.

Join Samsung in its mission to help build a better future and be part of the country’s very first Solve for Tomorrow competition. The deadline for submission is November 03, 2023. A new lion roars proudly in Peugeot Bulacan

It was a momentous occasion as PEUGEOT Bulacan, the inaugural PEUGEOT dealership within the Autospeedygo Group, celebrated its official grand opening in Marilao, Bulacan. The event was graced by executives from PEUGEOT’s distributor, Astara Philippines, and the Autospeedygo Group, symbolizing the start of an exciting journey for this newly established facility.

Located on the ground floor of Brevil Bldg., Mac-Arthur Highway, Lolomboy, Bulacan, PEUGEOT Bulacan joins the automotive row of Marilao, offering a prime location to cater to the automotive needs of Filipinos in the province of Bulacan.

In a statement, Autospeedygo Group president Vincent Licup expressed his pride in opening their first PEUGEOT outlet: “The Autospeedygo Group proudly adds PEUGEOT to its brand portfolio, which is special for us as this is our first partnership with the Astara group. We look forward to strengthening our relationship with them.”

He further added, “We bring this French brand to the province of Bulacan market so that our fellow Bulaceños, particularly those from Marilao, Bocaue, Meycauyan, and all the way to Guiguinto and other nearby municipalities of Bulacan, will have access to the prestige of owning a marquee European brand in Peugeot.”

PEUGEOT Bulacan proudly embraces the new brand identity for Peugeot dealerships, emphasizing the redesigned Peugeot logo. This new visual identity, characterized by minimalism and elegance, underlines Peugeot’s shift towards the upmarket segment. The transformation is evident in the showroom’s design, featuring a modern and inviting facade that prominently displays the new Peugeot logo, the brand name in a new font, and the dealership locator set against a blue backdrop.

Like other PEUGEOT dealerships, the Bulacan outlet is a “3S” facility, encompassing full operational support for sales, service, and spare parts. The showroom boasts a 5-car display capacity with a comfortable central space that allows the cars on display to be the main attraction on the floor. Walls are predominantly in white, which help to achieve a cleaner and aesthetic feel to the space.

PEUGEOT Bulacan has a full-service facility area complete with multiple service bays for quick service, examination, general repairs, and car washing, and is equipped with diagnostic technology and spare parts. The dealership also takes pride in its dedicated service technicians exclusively trained for PEUGEOT vehicles.

“Today marks another milestone for us as we embark on this strategic partnership with the Autospeedygo Group. We share the same passion and vision of bringing the Peugeot experience to more Filipinos, and we are thrilled and optimistic about the prospects of this collaboration,” said Raoul Picello, managing director of Astara Philippines.

SMC is building the Pangasinan Link Expressway

San Miguel Corporation (SMC) and the local government unit (LGU) of Pangasinan have signed a toll concession and joint venture agreement (JVA) for the 76.80-kilometer Pangasinan Link Expressway (PLEX) project.

The project, which will begin at the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) exit in Binalonan, is part of SMC’s larger plan to strengthen the road networks in Central and Northern Luzon.

This development also aims to create a seamless link to the soon-to-be-launched New Manila International Airport (NMIA) in Bulacan, set to be the Philippines’ premier international gateway.

The Pangasinan Link Expressway will consist of two phases: Phase 1 will extend 42.76 km. from TPLEX to Lingayen, while Phase 2 will extend all the way to Alaminos, Pangasinan.

At the sidelines of the formal signing ceremony in Pangasinan, SMC president and CEO Ramon S. Ang said: “We are grateful to the Pangasinan provincial government for their passion and commitment to boost Pangasinense life through this landmark project. More than just building a major infrastructure project, we have an opportunity to improve the lives of so many of our countrymen here.”

He added: “With PLEX connecting to other infrastructure such as TPLEX, which will support access to the NMIA, this project will significantly benefit Pangasinan’s local industries, home-grown products, and agricultural sector. At the same time, the rich history, culture, and cuisine of the province will be even more accessible to more Filipinos.”

San Miguel Corporation President and CEO Ramon S. Ang signs the joint venture agreement and toll concession agreement with Pangasinan Gov. Ramon Guico III for the Pangasinan Link Expressway, a 76.8 km. expressway linking the western corridor of the province to its eastern side. Once operational, travel time from TPLEX Binalonan to Lingayen, the province’s capital, will be drastically reduced to 30 minutes from 90 minutes, which Guico described as a “game changer” for the province.

Phase 1 of PLEX will be split into three segments: the first 6.90-km section from Binalonan to Manaoag, followed by an 11.30-km section from Manaoag to Calasiao, and the third segment, the 22.17-km section from Calasiao to Lingayen.

A 2.39-km spur road will also be buit in Calasiao. Meanwhile, Phase 2 of the project will be a demand-driven expansion all the way to Alaminos, Pangasinan.

Pangasinan Governor Ramon V. Guico III lauded the partnership, underscoring the project’s role in helping spur economic activity in the province and unlocking growth in different parts of Pangasinan.

“Through the PLEX, we shall have a very systematic approach in navigating Pangasinan, creating a roadmap never before imagined possible for our province,” said Guico III, adding that Phase 1 of the project would reduce travel time from Binalonan to Lingayen to just 20-30 minutes from the current 1 hour 30 to 1 hour and 45 minutes.

“PLEX is one of the most important projects, a game-changer for Pangasinan and for this administration. This is because it is envisioned to reinvent the transportation and enrich the tourism landscape; prioritize accessibility of citizens to major towns and cities, magnify business and livelihood opportunities, multiply economic activity, build more infrastructure, and protect the environment,” he added.

For his part, Vice-Governor Mark Lambino said:  “The forging of the agreements will finally set in motion what many of us dreamed of–a better, safer road network not only in Pangasinan, but the entire Ilocos region…. We express our gratitude to San Miguel Corporation led by its visionary president and chief executive officer Mr. Ramon S. Ang for extending his hand to enter into this joint venture agreement with Pangasinan.”

“This agreement is a historic collaboration and a testament to our shared commitment to nation-building,” Lambino added.

Beyond connectivity, PLEX is set to bridge the province’s east and west corridors, stimulating economic activity. SMC will shoulder the construction costs, with zero expense for national or provincial governments. Furthermore, the LGU is poised to receive a substantial share of the project’s earnings.

This endeavor is seen to fuel growth for Pangasinan’s micro and small businesses, offering increased job opportunities for locals.

PLDT-Smart warn against fake bank, e-wallet advisories

PLDT and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) raise the flag on fake advisories supposedly released by banks and digital wallets. PLDT and Smart’s Cyber Security Operations warns the public that cyber criminals have been getting more sophisticated in imitating official communication materials of financial institutions.

“Without scrutinizing these fake advisories, one can easily be fooled into thinking they were officially released by the bank. We need to take the time in going over these messages. Also beware of calls supposedly coming from bank representatives. Cyber threat actors have become familiar with the dialogues used by official bank agents that they can sound very convincing,” warned Angel Redoble, FVP and chief information security officer at PLDT and Smart.

PLDT and Smart share the following tips to help the public protect their online banking accounts and to avoid falling prey to scams.

Be vigilant about unsolicited communication. Do not trust unexpected emails, SMS, or calls requesting for personal information or login details like OTPs (one-time passwords). Banks or legitimate organizations never ask for these details over these channels.

Double-check the source. Scammers often use email addresses or URLs similar with the bank’s official communication channels. Watch out for misspelled words or slight variations.

Never share personal information. When in doubt, do not reveal personal information or other financial details.

Use strong, unique passwords for each account. Make sure that passwords are at least 14 characters long and combinations of small and capital letters, numbers, and special characters.

Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) to create another layer of protection. It also notifies users of unauthorized attempts to open their account.

Regularly update software. This ensures that operating systems, web browsers and other applications are running the latest security patches against vulnerabilities.

Report suspicious activities. Reporting helps your organization develop an appropriate response to the threat and alerts the community, as well.

PLDT and Smart have been proactively preventing malicious messages from reaching their customers. In September alone, they have blocked more than 5.5 million SMShing messages. In the same month, Smart, likewise, has blacklisted more than 21,000 mobile numbers involved in scams and fraudulent activities. The PLDT Group has also prevented more than 1.6 billion attempts to open malicious domains in the same period.

The efforts of PLDT and Smart to share CyberSmart tips on keeping customers safe online are fundamental to the PLDT Group’s much broader program to elevate the quality of customer experience by protecting them from threats and cyber-attacks.

If you receive suspicious messages or calls, report them to [email protected]

    HONOR X6a reviewed

HONOR Philippines is ramping up its presence in the country with three more phone launches, bringing in the mid-range powerhouse HONOR 90 Lite 5G, and a couple of entry-level smartphones with the HONOR X5 Plus and the HONOR X6a. Here with us is the HONOR X6a, a sort of middle child from the recent launch and the newest member of the HONOR X-a series launched earlier this year.

    Design: 4/5

The HONOR X6a’s design bears similarities to its X-series sibling, particularly the HONOR X8a. It has a similar boxy shape with a similar camera layout. Our review unit was the Midnight Black color, but there’s also a Silver Sky color for those who are not fond of black.

The HONOR X6a has a 6.56-inch TFT LCD Panel with a 720 x 1612 resolution and up to 90 Hz refresh rate. Also on the display is the 5-megapixel selfie camera. At the back is the familiar camera setup with a 50-megapixel shooter, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Finally, on the bottom is the USB-C charging port, the downward firing speaker, a mic hole, and the
3.5mm headphone jack. On the right are the volume and power buttons. On top is the sim-card tray
with the micro-SD slot and another mic hole.

    Hardware: 3.5/5

Powering the HONOR X6a is a Helio G36 processor with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The phone has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage but is expandable via microSD. Right off the bat, let me tell you, this phone is not meant for gaming or any hardware-intensive tasks.

It scored 150823 in Antutu V10, and 153 pts for single-core performance and 727 pts for multiscore performance for Geekbench 6. Finally, it scored 5171 for PCMark for Android.

In terms of gaming, I tried Genshin Impact and League of Legends: Wild Rift. Unfortunately, Genshin Impact was a no-go. Wild Rift was able to run but achieved only 40-45fps at the lowest setting.

The camera is where the HONOR X6a distinguishes itself from the pack. 50-megapixels may not sound like a lot compared to its bigger siblings, but definitely a highlight for a phone at this price point. Daylight shots are decent and social media-worthy. Low light and night time photos can be hit or miss, as expected.

Finally, it has a 5200mAh battery that lasted me around a day and a half, just about the advertised (2-day) battery life. For straight usage, you’re expected to last around 19 hours, based on PCMark’s battery test — pretty good, if you ask me.

    User Experience: 3.5/5

The HONOR X6a is an entry-level smartphone and is pretty basic. Nevertheless, it can handle most daily browsing chores as well as video streaming on Netflix or YouTube.

Speaking of streaming, the audio quality of the speakers is also fine. It’s loud when you punch it to full volume and able to fill a small room easily. There’s some noticeable lack of lows and bass, but this can be easily solved by using your own headset or an external speaker.

The HONOR X6a isn’t the fastest phone, nor does it aim to be. Using the phone you’ll notice some slowdowns here and there, but that’s due to hardware limitations. The Helio G36 is not a fast processor, and the limited 4GB of RAM hinders any chance of multi-tasking. Is that a bad thing? It depends on what you want from a phone. If you’re just looking for a simple phone, then the 4GB RAM would be enough to run a single game or 2 smaller apps. If you’re a power user who wants to stream while playing a game, then the HONOR X6a is not made for you.

    Value: 4/5

Coming in at PHP6,990, the HONOR X6a is a simple smartphone that delivers on all the essential stuff. If you’re looking for a simple phone or a secondary phone, the HONOR X6a should be good enough. But for anyone looking to game, multi-task, or any other power use, then you might consider its older siblings.

    Specifications:

    • Display: 6.56-inches LFT LCD, 90Hz Refresh Rate, 720 x 1612 resolution, Dynamic Dimming
    • Processor: MediaTek Helio G36
    • Graphics: PowerVR GE8320
    • Memory: 4GB
    • Storage: 128GB expandable via MicroSD
    • OS: MagicOS 7.1, based on Android 13
    • Camera: Rear: 50-megapixel (f/1.8) Main Camera, 2-megapixel (f/2.4) Depth Camera, 2-megapixel(f/2.4) Macro Camera, Front: 5-megapixel Camera (f/2.2)
    • Battery: 5200mAh with 22.5W HONOR SuperCharge
    • Connectivity: Dual-Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack
    • Other features: Side-mounted Fingerprint
    • Dimension: 163.3 x 75.1 x 8.4mm
    • Weight: 188g
    • Colors: Midnight Black, Sky Silver

    What’s Hot:

    • Affordable price
    • Good battery life

    What’s Not:

    • 4GB is too small for 2023
    • Not made for power users

    Bottomline:

The Honor X6a is not a standout, but is nonetheless a great device.

GCash provides users more protection when sending money

In addition to utilizing top-notch cybersecurity systems, the Philippines’ #1 finance super app, GCash, has added another layer of protection with the introduction of ‘Send Money Protect’ (SMP) on its in-app feature, GInsure.  ‘Send Money Protect’ provides users with confidence and peace of mind when  sending money digitally for as little as PHP30 per month.

Digital money transfers are now an integral part of our daily transactions. However, scammers, fraudsters, and cybercriminals have devised various strategies to take advantage of users and exploit the cashless economy.

‘Send Money Protect’ provides users with comprehensive protection from the most common scams, including online shopping fraud, account takeovers, and social engineering, for their transactions done via ‘Express Send’ in the app. SMP, offered in partnership with Chubb, the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company, can easily be availed once every 30 days.

Studies show that 45% of Filipino adults have been targeted by scams, with 11% falling victim. This has led to uncertainties towards digital payment methods among some users, hampering milestones already achieved towards financial inclusion.

“We at GCash believe in building partnerships that amplify the value we provide to our users. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Chubb, a global insurance leader and our partner in consumer protection, to bring you an added layer of protection. This collaboration ensures that you have  added financial protection from the unexpected when transacting online, giving you the confidence that your hard-earned money is in safe hands,” said GCash vice president for new businesses Winsley Bangit.

Is your computer getting slow? Hackers may be using it for cryptomining

Cybersecurity experts warn users about malware for cryptomining — a new way criminals use their victim’s devices to earn money.

A survey by NordVPN showed that every third user is afraid of losing access to the files on their computer due to a cyberattack.

Experts notice that even though the scenario of losing a piece of private information is scary for many people, there are other ways cybercriminals can profit from hacking someone’s device.

“The new type of malware we see spreading is crypto malware. The biggest problem is that it is difficult to detect for an average computer user because no data is lost,” says Adrianus Warmenhoven, cybersecurity advisor at NordVPN. “You may think you don’t need to worry because you don’t own or have never used cryptocurrency. But crypto mining malware doesn’t typically include hackers stealing funds from the victim’s cryptocurrency wallet, just using their device to mine. And as a result — making the victim’s device very slow.”

Criminals mine crypto using their victims’ resources

Mining cryptocurrency requires a lot of computer power to solve complex mathematical puzzles, adding new blocks of transactions to the blockchain. Once all the problems in a block are solved, the miners get their rewards in cryptocurrency.

However, the problem is that the process is very slow and requires an incredible amount of processing power. In fact, the electricity a computer generates would probably cost more than the cryptocurrency it could mine. That is why cybercriminals look for ways to mine cryptocurrency using other people’s devices.

By infecting a network of computers with malware , hackers can mine crypto while using their victims’ electricity, devices, and computing power to increase their profits. Victims might not even notice that their device is mining crypto. The only sign may be slower performance and overheated devices.

Some of the ways to detect malware — check if your computer gets hot or slow

“Detecting crypto malware on your device can be very difficult. It’s designed to be as stealthy as possible. However, certain signs can help you determine that your device may have been infected,” says Adrianus Warmenhoven, cybersecurity advisor at NordVPN.

The first sign that your device may be mining some criminal crypto in the background is that the device gets significantly slower. Another sign is an overheated device with the fan always on. Lastly, the CPU (central processing unit) usage will be very high if your device gets infected.

If you want to prevent your device from being infected, here are several actions you can take:

    • Keep all devices and applications up to date. Crypto malware often uses unpatched flaws in systems. The faster you update your software and operating system, the harder it is for malware to infect your device.
    • Use antivirus software. Antivirus software, such as NordVPN’s Threat Protection, will scan files you download for malware, making it difficult for cybercriminals to install it on your device. It will also block your access to malicious websites, minimizing the threat of phishing.
    • Practice good internet behavior. Don’t click on suspicious links, don’t download suspicious documents, and try not to visit untrusted websites. There are many ways in which cryptojacking malware could be delivered.

Docquity Jobs introduces regional job portal for healthcare professionals in SEA

Docquity, Southeast Asia’s largest professional network of more than 400,000 healthcare professionals (HCPs), connecting two out of every three in the region, has launched Docquity Jobs, the first regional job portal dedicated to HCPs in Southeast Asia.  Since launching in Malaysia in 2022, Docquity Jobs has expanded to the Philippines and Indonesia, and is now piloting in Singapore. It now has around 400 employers on board and sees a 30% month-on-month growth, with over 6,000 HCPs visiting organically on average every month.

“Docquity was founded with a vision to connect and empower HCPs to improve healthcare outcomes at scale. Through the years, we have continued to evolve our products and services based on our deep insights into HCP needs and challenges,” Indranil Roychowdhury, Docquity ceo and co-founder, said. “Responding to the career progression requirements of HCPs on our platform, we launched Docquity Jobs as a critical extension of our purpose and business, offering HCPs a dedicated space to connect with potential employers seamlessly.”

Docquity studies have found that 88% of HCPs in the region are open to exploring new job opportunities. As traditional job platforms are not optimized for Southeast Asia’s medical professionals, Docquity created a regional portal advertising only the most relevant healthcare jobs from top employers within the industry.

HCPs can utilize Docquity Jobs to  conveniently search for openings according to their desired location, job title, and company type.  Through the job portal, HCPs can also access resources to aid them in preparation for any potential regional transfers.  Furthermore, healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, clinics and pharmaceutical companies, can leverage the platform’s insights to target candidates from the region’s largest network of healthcare professionals or improve efficiencies by outsourcing their recruitment requirements to Docquity Jobs’ in-house talent acquisition team.

For example, Juan Medical, a home-based healthcare service provider in the Philippines, partnered with the portal to help expand its team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and Cebu as demand for its offerings surged. Docquity Jobs launched a bespoke marketing campaign for Juan Medical, leveraging its wide network of HCPs to quickly reach over 23,300 potential candidates. The partnership enabled Juan Medical to successfully onboard 24 HCPs, for roles such as on-call specialists and nurses, in just 21 weeks.

“Attracting HCP applicants had been a considerable challenge as our legacy recruitment processes were not yielding the desired results fast enough.  Docquity Jobs made finding and hiring the right talent more efficient, demanding minimal effort from us. Its comprehensive approach and customized touch enabled us to secure top HCPs for both Cebu and the NCR,” Tanya Marie Cabais-Liscano M.D., medical director of Juan Medical, said.

Meanwhile, Speedoc, a virtual clinic based in Malaysia and Singapore that allows users to seek medical care from home, worked with Docquity Jobs to communicate its employer value proposition and find healthcare talent that met its unique working requirements. Docquity Jobs offered Speedoc specialized healthcare headhunting services and comprehensive management of the entire recruitment process. Speedoc’s campaign reached over 11,000 doctors, with 285 being interviewed one-on-one by Docquity.

“Docquity Jobs has demonstrated proficiency and professionalism in candidate management. Their established candidate management process has provided us with candidates that have added tremendous value to our business,” Kenneth Toh, director of people & culture of Speedoc, said.

Healthcare professionals in the Philippines looking for new job opportunities can visit Docquity Jobs.
