Can we ever beat the traffic?

It takes around three to four hours to reach Baguio from NCR via the NLEX-SCTEX-TPLEX route. This is a distance of at least 235-kilometers from that first expressway tollgate to the Summer Capital’s center. Last Christmas season, it took me the same amount of time to traverse the roughly 30-kilometers from SLEX in the Alabang area to Quezon City. For those coming from Fairview, the experience can sometimes be just as bad going from their place to the opposite end of Quezon City. The point is that there are too many cars on the Metro’s thoroughfares. So much so that in a study published in 2019, the Japan International Cooperation Agency said that the country’s traffic cost us over PHP2-billion per day in 2014 and over PHP3-billion per day in 2017, with the figure estimated to balloon to over PHP5-billion per day by 2035 if the situation does not improve.

How have we gotten here, and how can we move forward from this mobility gridlock?

    We’re currently a car-centric culture

According to the Land Transportation Office, in 2020, there were 1.1-million registered private cars in the Philippines. In 2021, this grew to 1.19-million. In 2022, this was at 1.27-million. While the COVID-19 pandemic caused an economic slowdown, it did not deter the rise in private vehicle ownership. In fact, it spurred vehicle purchases as more people opted away from public transportation options due to the fear of catching COVID-19 from other commuters. However, this car-centric mindset stems way back before the pandemic. In a survey conducted by the National Economic and Development Authority in 2015, over 8,000 out of 10,000 respondents said that they dreamed of owning at least one car by 2040.

This car-first mentality is also reflected in public spending. Looking at the data, over PHP2.7-trillion out of some PHP2.8-trillion public funds meant for road infrastructure were used for the development of the country’s road networks. While bigger, longer, and wider roads seem to solve traffic in the short term, in the long term we just end up with the same problem due to induced demand.

More roads means more cars which means more traffic. Rinse and repeat.

Other road users have traditionally been treated as afterthoughts

The Just Transition Research Collaborative in 2021 reported that there is only one public utility vehicle for every 25 private vehicles on Metro Manila’s roads. This is in stark contrast with the actual number of people who need to go from A to B. With a population of almost 13.5-million, over 9-million commuters in NCR depend on public transport to go where they need to, according to the Move As One Coalition transport advocate group. To further highlight the disparity, the University of the Philippines School of Urban and Regional Planning says that this 70% majority only take up 22% of available road space — the rest of the asphalt is occupied mostly by private vehicles.

Meanwhile, walking and cycling are the most common first- and last-mile modes for public commuters as, more often than not, designated public transport stops are not actually someone’s final destination. However, if you look at the Metro, most sidewalks are not conducive for walking. Either they are not wide enough, slanted so you’re always walking, leaning to one side, occupied as vehicle parking, or treated as extensions of private properties or commercial establishments. If you’re a pedestrian looking to get to the other side of the road, then you will also have to deal with mountainous footbridges instead of the more convenient at-grade crossing. For cyclists, while the pandemic has brought about the development of over 500 kilometers of dedicated bike lanes, these have slowly been unofficially turned into shared lanes with motorcycles and cars when no traffic enforcers are around. In fact, fairly recently, proposals to officially convert EDSA’s bike lanes into shared lanes have surfaced but have luckily been shelved for the time being.

Such is the plight of most Filipinos who do not have their own cars.

    Now what?

This car-centric situation is not unique to the Philippines and, fortunately, success stories abound of countries that have successfully transitioned from private car-centricity to more efficient means of transport. An example is the Netherlands. During the 1970s, the country faced similar problems with traffic congestion due to the sheer volume of vehicles. By rethinking city planning, investing in the appropriate infrastructure, and creating policies that favored those with fewer wheels, the Netherlands is now one of the most cycling-friendly cities in the world.

You may be thinking, “But that’s a cold country. It would not be the same experience with the Philippines’ very humid, tropical climate.” And that’s true. However, there are places in Southeast Asia that have successfully integrated biking into their residents’ daily lives. For example, there’s Tampines in Singapore. In a 2014 study, over 50% of the town’s households had at least one bicycle, and over 38% of the town were regular cyclists. The town was able to achieve this thanks to investing in dedicated, segregated, and uninterrupted bike lanes; shaded bike lanes; and multi-modal connectivity options allowing cyclists to take other forms of public transport.

To put it simply, build it — better public transport, better sidewalks, and better bike lanes — and they will come. People are more than willing to commute and take mass transport options, but these have to be made dignified and convenient. On top of reduced traffic, other benefits can be gained, such as improved air quality due to fewer vehicles on the road, better public health as people move more, and overall better quality of life.

It won’t be easy. It won’t be instant. But hopefully, in time, that three-hour traffic from Quezon City to Quezon City will just be a fond memory we tell the next generation.

First impressions: HONOR 90 Lite 5G

Imagine a smartphone that’s so light and slim but made to store all of your photos, videos, music, and apps. Here comes HONOR 90 Lite 5G, a smartphone with a good balance of features and performance.

When it comes to unboxing new smartphones I always make it a point to look at the design of the back and let me tell you, this one is built to look like a gem because it’s eye-catching and gives me the “main character” energy whenever I walk around with it. What’s more, holding and carrying the HONOR 90 Lite 5G is easy and convenient because it’s 7.48mm thin and 179g which is light enough to bring it anywhere. Inside the box you get a shockproof clear jelly case, a 4500mAh battery with a USB Type-C port, USB Type-C to headphone jack adapter, and a SIM ejector tool.

Now about capturing moments or scenery using the HONOR 90 Lite 5G, it’s capable enough to take photos that are perfect for sharing on social media. Since it has 100MP on its main camera and 16MP on its front camera, it is fit for selfies or group photos with your family and friends. I’ve snapped a few pics from this phone, and the colors are vibrant and the exposure is on point. Making the subject look alive whether in broad daylight or under the cover of the night.

I can work and play longer with the HONOR 90 Lite 5G because it comes with Google Mobile Services. This makes it more versatile and user-friendly, as I have access to all Google apps and services. I can install any of my favorite apps for gaming and productivity in the Google Play Store, and I don’t have to worry about running out of space. Since it has an excellent storage capacity of 256GB with 8GB of RAM which can also expand an additional 5GB  that is also powered by HONOR RAM turbo.

Powered by MediaTek Dimesity 6020 processor and the latest HONOR Magic OS 7.1 (based on Android 13). The HONOR 90 Lite 5G is a powerhouse that can handle even the most demanding tasks and games with ease. So if you are multitasking between multiple apps, playing graphic-intensive games, or editing videos, the HONOR 90 Lite 5G can keep up without breaking a sweat.

In addition to its powerful performance, the HONOR 90 Lite 5G is equipped with HONOR share wherein it’s easy to share files and collaborate between other HONOR devices. Making it more productive and efficient to work and study.

HONOR Philippines will officially launch the HONOR 90 Lite 5G on September 26 at 7 PM. So if you’re looking for a smartphone that is both stylish and powerful, this phone is looking like a great option based on these impressions. But this is just the surface, the phone is packed with hidden gems that I’ll be able to discover and I’ll share it in our full review coming soon.

Is Baldur’s Gate 3 a gaming award contender?

As we enter the fourth quarter of 2023, many developers have already staked claims to Game of the Year awards. We’ve also reviewed several of them here at GADGETS. Contenders can come from any developer or publisher; AAA games such as Final Fantasy XVI and Diablo IV are under consideration at the time of this writing. But Belgium-based Larian Studios, who also developed the Divinity series, has a strong case with Baldur’s Gate 3. Will it make its own case for the various gaming awards out there?

For those who already play tabletop games, Baldur’s Gate 3 is turn-based, and combat is based on Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition rules. You begin in the year 1492 DR, 120 years after the events of Baldur’s Gate II. Mind flayers have launched an invasion of Faerun and implanted the protagonist with a lilithid tadpole, which is a parasite that turns its victims into mind flayers themselves. The protagonist then returns to Faerun, searching for a way to remote the parasites.

While I have limited experience with these types of games, I immediately immersed myself into learning the nuances of the battle system. You can choose from a selection of D&D classes and races, or even make your own origin character and give it a background, much like in D&D itself. You can venture alone into the Forgotten Realms, or get your friends in on the action. I chose to join some friends already playing the game so that the learning curve wouldn’t be as steep, and I would recommend doing so if you’re unfamiliar with D&D or the Baldur’s Gate series.

Just like the tabletop version of D&D, attacks, shoves, hidden secrets, and lockpicking are examples of die rolls. These rolls determine success or failure. This can be modified by one’s Ability Score Modifier and Proficiency Bonuses (unless explicitly stated, Proficiency Bonuses aren’t added to damage rolls). While some math is required, rolling a 1 on a D20 is considered a natural 1, and rolling a 20 is a natural 20. There are attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, and ability checks that can be affected by modifiers (unless stated otherwise).

There are numerous creature types in the game: aberrations, beasts, celestials, constructs, dragons, elementals, feys, fiends, giants, humanoids, monstrosities, oozes, plants, and undead. Some pieces of equipment can grant advantages against certain types of enemies, namely aberrations, beasts, and monstrosities. You may have to mix and match to counter each enemy and keep a lot of gear on you that will help you fight these enemies. Your stats, Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intellect, Wisdom, and Charisma, are important as they can determine victory or defeat, along with roll of the dice.

There are several types of weapons: martial or simple, melee or ranged, one-handed, two-handed, or versatile. There are several types of physical damage: bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing. If weapons have the Light property, they can be dual-wielded for more damage; if you choose the Dual Wielder Feat, you can dual-wield Versatile weapons for even more damage. Weapons have special properties that can increase its reach, range, and even have magical enchantments that can overcome resistances to certain types of damage. By equipping certain armors, consumables, or other items, you can also gain advantages over certain types of enemies.

My (lack of) experience with D&D clearly made the game harder than it was, yet it was enjoyable playing with D&D rules. You can even form relationships with various NPCs in game, and can have special events if you bring certain companions with you to certain locations in the game. Despite my limited knowledge of D&D, I believe Baldur’s Gate 3 has the potential to challenge for gaming awards based on its rich storyline and immersive gameplay.

    vivo V29 reviewed

vivo’s been on a roll lately with its releases, from the entry-level Y27 to the budget midrange Y36. Now, they have released the vivo V29 5G, a premium midrange offering that takes over the slot of the vivo V27 5G released earlier this year. We’ve spent around two weeks with the phone, and we daresay it’s a worthy successor. Read on for our thoughts.

    Design: 5/5

For my personal devices, I like keeping the aesthetics somewhere along the minimalist black-and-white scale. That being said, the vivo V29 review unit we got in a Starry Purple colorway is something I will have no problem adding to my everyday carry. The top-to-bottom purple gradient has an eye-catching wave and glitter effect that becomes more prominent when hit by light. The camera island also does not take too much away from the design with its integrated glittery finish. The topmost module is the wide-angle camera, and directly below it is the main shooter. Below these two is the Aura Light 2.0 flash module. Off to the upper right of the camera island are the traditional LED flash module and the monochrome depth sensor.

Flipping the phone around, the vivo V29 greets us with a huge 6.78-inch AMOLED display with slim bezels. The top side has a punch-hole selfie camera and slim call earpiece, while near the bottom is the in-display fingerprint scanner. A tour around the edges reveals a bare left; the power and volume rockers on the right; microphone pinhole and “Professional Portrait” branding at the top; and the dual nano-SIM card tray, another microphone pinhole, USB Type-C port, and single speaker grille at the bottom.

Despite its size, the vivo V29 is easy to wield even with just one hand, thanks to its slim profile and beveled side edges on the front and back. Making the phone feel nicer in hand is its solid build which features glass on both the front and rear. The body is also IP54 dust and water-resistant.

Overall, the vivo V29 both looks and feels premium, with the added peace of mind of a durable body.

    Hardware: 4.5/5

At the heart of the vivo V29 is a mid-range octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, with four cores each running at 2.4GHz and 1.8GHz, and an Adreno 642L GPU. This is paired with 12GB of RAM as a standard across all pricing variants, and either 256GB or 512GB of non-expandable storage. The 2021-released processor may already have some years under its name, but it will still be a fast, reliable performer across the board. While the card tray does not have space for a microSD card (it only has slots for back-to-back dual nano-SIM cards), the 256GB storage option should still prove plenty for most people. However, if you’re a heavy storage user, you may want to consider going for the more sizable and only slightly more expensive 512GB variant.

For its face, the vivo V29 sports a huge 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a higher-than-most FHD resolution of 2800×1260 px and pixel density of 452 ppi making for a very sharp viewing experience. Color quality is likewise great with the Standard display setting, with a Bright setting if you want your colors to be more vivid in exchange for accuracy, or Pro mode for a duller output perfect for color grading photos and videos. The panel maxes out at a 120Hz refresh rate if you want the smoothest viewing experience possible. For eye care, the phone comes with a better-than-average 2160Hz of PWM dimming, which should lead to less eye strain.

In the imaging department, the vivo V29 sports a 50MP main shooter with a wide f/1.9 aperture and 1/1.56-inch sensor; an 8MP f/2.2 with 1/1.4-inch sensor ultra-wide secondary camera; 2MP f/2.4 monochrome camera for depth; and a 50MP f/2.0 selfie camera. All cameras are electronic image stabilization (EIS) compatible, with the main shooter made more capable with hardware-based optical image stabilization (OIS). This should result in clearer images when going handheld with slow shutter speeds, as well as more stable in-motion videos. But wait; there’s more! The vivo V29 is equipped with the Aura Light 2.0 module. Originally appearing on the last-generation vivo V27, the Aura Light is a built-in ring light that functions separately from the traditional flash module. Composed of 4 LED lights (two tuned to cool color temperatures and two tuned to warmer color temperatures), Aura Light 2.0 provides 23 levels of adjustment to provide nice, even, and flattering lighting on your dimly lit subject.

Powering the show is a 4600mAh battery pack which should deliver day-long performance. Combined with the 80W vivo FlashCharge standard, which is one of the highest we’ve seen in a premium mid-range device, the phone should have very little downtime.

    User Experience: 5/5

My over two weeks spent with the vivo V29 was stellar. As a daily driver, it excels in most things you would want and care about. So much so that it’s hard to pick one thing to highlight above the others.

Like the back colorway, the vivo V29’s display is lovely to look at. It gets nice and bright even in direct sunlight, and you can tune colors to your preference, whether you like them more muted or more vivid. Viewing media was great and immersive because of the huge display, the curved edges, and the HDR10+ certification providing better colors and contrast in supported video streaming platforms. Though only a single speaker configuration is present for sound, it gets acceptably loud and remains decent even on max volume. The display is also nice and responsive thanks to the 1000Hz touch sampling rate, and the up to 120Hz refresh rate is a real visual treat that makes the standard 60Hz setting feel stuttery in comparison. Granted, maxing out the refresh rate leads to less battery life. But if you are just going to be near a power outlet anyway, might as well enjoy the silky smooth experience.

For the benchmarks, the vivo V29 scored 2,477 on the 3D Mark Wild Life test and 9,245 on the PCMark Work 3.0 benchmark. In real-world use, the vivo V29 was able to handle all the games we threw at it. Demanding titles such as Genshin Impact, Diablo Immortal, NBA 2K, and Asphalt 9 were virtually smooth 99% of the time, with all graphics settings maxed out, even with lots of particle effects happening on screen. Online competitive games such as Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Pokemon Unite, and Call of Duty Mobile also had no trouble keeping steadily high frame rates at maximum quality. Of course, the phone does warm up a bit when pushing the CPU and GPU to their limit, but nothing too alarming. Should you need an extra oomph of performance, the phone’s Ultra Game Mode allows the phone to pool compute resources into the game you’re currently playing.

The 4600mAh battery combined with the energy-efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor powered the vivo V29 for almost 16 hours in the PCMark Work 3.0 battery life test. In everyday use, I found the phone to be able to last up to 9 hours of screen on time with data always on, 120Hz refresh rate on, and 50% screen brightness across mixed use of social media, gaming, and imaging. The phone is even able to go much longer if the refresh rate is capped at 60Hz. For charging, vivo claims that the V29 is able to charge up to 50% in just 18 minutes using the bundled 80W power brick. We found this to be accurate, and charging the phone to full from 0% took only around 45 minutes—one of the fastest charging times we’ve seen in this segment.

As a shooter, the vivo V29 lives up to the hype of its marketing. The main camera images come out nice and clear, with bright colors that don’t suffer from over-processing. Contrast and dynamic range are both great in scenes with tricky lighting. The wide-angle camera likewise churns out good images, though the details are not as sharp around the edges of the outputs compared to the middle. For low-light scenarios, the vivo V29 is able to pull in plenty of light without sacrificing too much of the details and without introducing too much noise in the post-processing. As for videos, the vivo V29 is likewise able to produce sharp, detailed, and nicely colored outputs at up to 4K 30fps for both front and rear shooters.

Meanwhile, the Aura Light 2.0 system really does help with properly illuminating subjects in dark conditions. Compared to a normal flash module which produces flat photos with harsh highlights and shadows, the Aura Light 2.0 is able to provide soft fill lighting with automatically suggested color temperatures (from white, to warm yellow, all the way to red) based on the detected lighting conditions. Bonus point that it doesn’t blind your subject as what usually happens with traditional flash.

As a final point on imaging, the vivo V29 comes with a camera and camera app that is great for content creation and vlogging. As mentioned earlier, photos and videos come out great for both front and rear cameras. You have wide-angle options for both sides as well, 0.6x on the rear and 0.8x on the front. EIS is also available for both sides (which combines with OIS in the main rear camera), with processing that does not lead to noticeable jitters around the edges. There’s even an in-camera teleprompter feature if you like shooting scripted content!

Overall, the vivo V29 is a really great phone that manages to strongly distinguish itself from its equally spec’d competitors with what it offers in the imaging department.

    Value: 4.5/5

Selling for PHP26,999 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant and PHP24,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, the vivo V29 finds itself in an increasingly competitive premium midrange territory. This segment has a number of decent contenders, and it takes a lot to be noticed in the busy division. The vivo V29 manages to do exactly that thanks to its reliable performance on all things that matter, with the above-average display pixel density, blazing fast charging, OIS-enabled main shooter, great image processing, and Aura Light 2.0 making it stand out.

Relic: DigiCash — Was this the precursor of cryptocurrency?

Many great ideas can live and die at the hands of venture capital. Having grown up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have been fortunate enough to have had a front-row seat at many groundbreaking events in Silicon Valley. Many major companies we associate with technology, lifestyle, and fintech were all within an hour’s drive of my house. But what if that idea is the very way we use capital? The recent collapse of FTX led me down a deep rabbit hole of research to bring you an often-forgotten yet critically important step in fintech history: DigiCash.

Today, the rise (and fall) of FTX is a cautionary tale of risk regarding a popular fintech trend: cryptocurrency. As of this writing, the ultimate fate of FTX, its founder Sam Bankman-Fried, and other FTX executives is still in (and on) the air. Allegations of their mismanagement of customer funds continue to dominate the financial news headlines, leading governments worldwide to probe into the nature of cryptocurrency itself and how it should be regulated.

The idea of cryptocurrency is nothing new. David Chaum’s vision of making online payments fast, safe, and anonymous started in his 1982 doctoral dissertation “Computer Systems Established, Maintained, and Trusted by Mutually Suspicious Groups” for a doctorate in computer science at the University of California, Berkeley. Chaum’s 1982 dissertation proposed every element of the blockchain found in Bitcoin except the proof of work (PoW). PoW is a cryptographic proof in which one party (the prover) proves to other parties (the verifiers) that a certain amount of a specific computational effort has been expended and has been the foundation of a permission-less decentralized network along with proof of stake (PoS).

Later photo of the DigiCash team. (1995)

While PoW would not be invented until 1993, and the term would not be coined and formalized until 1999, Chaum’s proposed vault system included achieving a consensus state between nodes, chaining the history of consensus in blocks, and an immutable time stamping of the chained data. The code was also included in this paper, but discussing that would be an entirely new article. While the Internet was technically available to universities, businesses, and the government, it was not yet available to average consumers. These average consumers like you and I would be the most likely to use these digital payment systems. This meant that Chaum was taking a (digital) leap into the unknown.

In a 1983 paper, Chaum was credited for inventing secure digital cash, introducing the cryptographic primitive of a blind signature. This proposal allowed users to obtain digital currency from a bank and spend it however the user wants without the bank or any other party knowing about it. By 1988, Chaum expanded this idea to offline transactions to detect double-spending. Chaum’s most significant breakthrough was the founding of DigiCash in 1989 to commercialize his research. By 1994, the first electronic payment was sent, the same year the commercial Internet was born. The Internet would shape fintech, for better or worse, for the following decades to come.

How did DigiCash work? It required software to withdraw notes from a bank and designate specific encrypted keys before they could be sent to the recipient. The fact that DigiCash payments escaped detection from banks, the government, and any third parties also made it a crucial step forward regarding privacy issues. One bank, The Mark Twain Bank of Missouri, was the only US-based bank that supported DigiCash. DigiCash even became large and significant enough to gain the backing of Germany-based Deutsche Bank, one of the world’s most powerful banks today.

The idea of DigiCash was so far ahead of its time that it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 1998, and the company was eventually sold in 2002. Why did it fail despite its promise of privacy safeguards and (relative) ease of use? All signs point to timing. For reference, Amazon didn’t begin selling products outside of books, music, and videos until 1999. Chaum said in a 1999 interview that the technology around DigiCash and DigiCash itself entered the market long before e-commerce was fully integrated into the Internet, which wouldn’t take place until the mid-2000s. If the commercial Internet had been around earlier, it might have been possible that Chaum’s work may have been more recognized.

Chaum remains active in technology to this day, mostly in vault systems, digital signatures, anonymous communication, and even in developing trustworthy voting systems. While Chaum isn’t a household name in technology like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, or Mark Zuckerberg, he made a pivotal contribution to fintech that we can see today, for better (popularizing e-commerce and digital payments) or worse (bad actors that contributed to the collapse of FTX).

SMBs will be using AI within the next to 2 years —Payoneer

According to Payoneer’s SMB Ambitions Barometer, 61% of surveyed small and medium-sized businesses are planning to use artificial intelligence (AI) or are already piloting it in their operations within the next two years.

This echoes the finding that a significant majority (58-65%) of businesses are embracing digitalization to make their operations more efficient, allocate resources effectively, and provide improved products and services that cater to the changing demands of their customers.

The SMB Ambitions Barometer is born out of Payoneer’s passion for supporting and celebrating businesses that have expanded or are looking to grow internationally. It measures and highlights the ambitions and challenges of thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners across 15 countries, including the Philippines.

A new way of doing business

In recognizing the foreseeable impact of AI, Payoneer joined Dominic Vincent Ligot, the founder and chief executive officer of Cirrolytix, to reveal the opportunities offered by the new technology to businesses.

AI is the simulation of human intelligence in machines. One of its key products is machine learning, where programs can learn and adapt to data without human assistance.

According to Ligot, AI has two main approaches. Discriminative AI is often used for image or speech recognition. This concentrates on predicting and classifying data, which can be used for fraud detection and risk assessment tasks.

Meanwhile, generative AI is used to create content based on data. This is ideal for chatbots, automated content creation, and text-to-speech systems.

When used properly, AI can streamline the workforce in terms of productivity, efficiency, and the thorough development of its output. Businesses can leave laborious and time-consuming tasks like analysis, customer care, and content creation to AI while they focus on expanding and promoting their products and services to a larger market.

The operational efficiency of AI has led to criticism that it could lead to job losses. AI, however, has proven to be a tool that employees can use for their own benefit. Recent studies from Microsoft and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology showed that AI improved their employees’ job performance and that they are comfortable using it. At Microsoft, 70% of employees said they would delegate their work to AI to reduce their workload.

Payoneer empowers SMBs to grow with reliable technology

SMBs recognize the transformative power of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, expand capabilities, and unlock new growth opportunities. Embracing these technologies, including AI, will allow them to expand their business internationally. This supports the SMB Ambitions Report’s finding that 72% of businesses are determined to go global, believing it will increase their revenue and customer base.

“AI is not just the future; it is here and now and holds tremendous power for SMBs in the Philippines. Payoneer understands the unique challenges and aspirations of SMBs, and we are committed to being the bridge that connects them with transformative technology. Our mission is clear: to empower every business in every market with the technology to thrive,” says Monique Avila, Senior Director of Customer Success Management for APAC.

The company envisions an even broader impact, aspiring to serve and empower more Ka-partners. “We remain steadfast in our commitment to expansion and service improvement, eagerly anticipating continued partnerships and growth in the years to come,” added Poco-Palacios.
