Microsoft Corporation recently launched its Kaizala mobile chat application in the Philippines last October 10, 2017, at The City of Dreams. Designed for large group communications and work management, Microsoft Kaizala empowers users to stay connected and secure while enjoying the benefits of instant and seamless collaboration.

    Collaboration, simplified

Kaizala was designed to mitigate the hassles of collaboration, especially when collecting  data from people in the field.  Featuring internal and external communication features, it’s able to instantly  connect large groups of users without any hassle.  With a few taps, it broadcasts a wide-array of information, from photos all the way to documents. For  data collection, it automatically converts and updates data gathered from polls and surveys within the app into an excel file.

Microsoft Kaizala simplifies coordination. With its task assignment workflow feature and real time status tracking, managers can easily benefit from a better work management system. Tasks can be assigned right in the app and  can be tracked according to status, location and distance.

    Security without compromise

Beyond being a feature-packed chat client for people on-the-go, Kaizala also features enterprise level security to keep data and communication protected. The application features data access controls to easily add and remove users from groups. Apart from controlling access, Kaizala also features advanced IT administration capabilities to maintain privacy, protect data, and manage users and groups. With end-to end encryption, users can easily communicate without compromising privacy and security.

    Prioritizing efficiency and productivity

Kaizala Action cards feature built-in actions that simplify workflows. Easily customizable, the feature conveniently meets organizational needs by providing options to efficiently make announcements, assign tasks, request real-time locations, do quick polls and surveys, and more. As an extensible platform, Kaizala also enables open API’s in order to  integrate existing systems and workflows into the app.

    Built for emerging markets

Kaizala was built for emerging markets and is now available in India, Brazil, and the Philippines. It features a small footprint, and can easily work with 2G mobile networks.
