Lineage2 Revolution launches Scroll of Alchemy update

Netmarble Games Corp. announced a new update for its popular mobile MMORPG Lineage2 Revolution last September 6, 2017 in Singapore.

The update adds the Scroll of Alchemy system to the game which upgrades and forges items or creates Blessed Scrolls and elixirs.

Players can forge new equipment or upgrade existing ones by using the Scroll of Alchemy and Enhancement Scroll. They can randomly obtain Unconfirmed Scrolls of Alchemy as an item drop from hunting monsters.

When players fail to enhance a piece of equipment using a Blessed Enhancement Scroll, they can receive twice the amount of Maphr fragments when compared to a regular Enhancement Scroll.

The update also adds the difficult Cruma Core clan dungeon to the world map. The Cruma Core monster attacks clans with skills including mind control, time reset and silence. Clan members may attack each other or behave oddly whilst under the mind control attack. Silence, on the other hand, prevents players from using their skills.

As part of the update, Netmarble will be conducting a giveaway event throughout September. Players who sign in between September 6 and 17 will be eligible for items including Grade R Exclusive Weapon Selection Boxes, Scrolls of Alchemy, and Blessed Scroll bundles.

A dice event will be held between September 6 and 26, which will allow players to roll dice with points earned in-game upon completing missions, clearing dungeons, and acquiring items on the dice board including Maphr’s protection fragments.
