Do you think you have what it takes to squeeze out the most mileage from the Isuzu mu-X SUV or D-MAX pickup? If you do, then head on over to your nearest Isuzu dealership and pit your fuel efficiency skills against other drivers in the 2018 Isuzu Fuel Eco Challenge.
Open to all existing and potential Isuzu vehicle owners, the event allows the customers to test drive the new Isuzu mu-X RZ4E or D-MAX RZ4E model. Participants are required to drive a pre-determined 5-km route near or around the dealer vicinity, along with an attending Isuzu Sales Executive (SE). The SE will then record the number of kilometers per liter that has been displayed in the test drive vehicle’s Multi-Information Display. Completion of the challenge will grant customers a free Shell fuel voucher worth PHP 200.
Should they purchase an Isuzu mu-X or D-MAX, they will automatically get an additional PHP 5000 worth of Shell fuel vouchers. Those who showed the best fuel efficiency rating during the test drive will proceed to the national championship round of the 2018 Isuzu Fuel Eco Challenge. Just visit any participating dealership nationwide until December 31, 2018 to join the contest.
Happening next year, the championship round of the 2018 Isuzu Fuel Eco Challenge will run a pre-set,10 km route near or around the IPC headquarters in Binan, Laguna. It will be divided into two categories: the Isuzu mu-X RZ4E and Isuzu D-MAX RZ4E. The top three fuel efficiency readings from each category will be awarded an all-expense-paid trip for two to Thailand.
