Yamaha brings Tricity to Cebu

Yamaha Motor Philippines’ (YMPH) innovative three-wheeled Tricity recently invaded the Queen City of the South, bringing the experience of leaning to a new trend to the people of Cebu. Taking place at SM City Cebu’s North Open Parking, Yamaha introduced the stylish and practical motorcycle that makes the daily commute a fun journey.

Luck smiled upon the event launch as a sunny day washed away the threat of an incoming storm. Like all Tricity events before it, a portion of the North Open Parking was converted into a test ride area so interested riders can go hands-on with the steed.

The second day proved to be busier as Yamaha executives personally introduced the new city commuter to the region. Bannering the team were YMPH sales and marketing director, Kaoru Ogura; after sales section manager, Tomoyoshi Inoue; Visayas region sales manager, Carlo Monterola; and marketing section manager, Ryan Jude Camus.

Plenty of celebrities were also present during the event, including Paulo Varela, Phoebe Kaye Fernandez, Gretchen Fullido, Gerald Anderson, Daniel Matsunaga, and Erich Gonzales.
