Singaporean company GoBear, Asia’s first and only metasearch engine for finance products, announced its integration of auto insurance into its Philippine website last February 20 in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
With the launch of the auto insurance comparison service, an in-demand product in the country, users are able to compare the best deals on comprehensive car insurance, as well as find the best auto loans, similar to Autofinance Online to help with any expenses.
GoBear features an easy-to-use, browser-based, app-like interface which does not require users to sign up before getting information on the car insurance plans. The company also stresses that the service allows transparent canvassing without sharing user information to brokers, or them pushing for products with higher commissions.
The metasearch engine currently includes 80 percent of the market share for car insurance products which users can sieve through with the most up-to-date information on quotations, benefits, plan inclusions, and promotions. With this, they can compare coverage benefits such as property damage, third-party liability, and medical expenses side by side.
