    Suzuki’s newest big bikes are finally in the Philippines, recently launched in royal style at the Suzuki Big Bikes Center Makati run by Wheeltek Motor Sales Corporation.

    Five highly-anticipated Suzuki Big Bikes were unveiled, led by the GSX-R1000R and GSX-R1000, dubbed the best GSX-R ever made and the King of Sportbikes. The launch also featured the SV650A, the GSX-S750 and the updated version of the highly regarded and loved V-Strom 1000XT.

    At the launch party, Suzuki held a ceremonial turning over of the keys to the first string of owners for the V-Strom 1000XT, the SV650A and the GSX-R1000R. The event was also attended by local big bike clubs: the Suzuki Big Bikers Club of the Philippines and Adventure Team Philippines.

    Fresh from its wins at the Isle of Man, the GSX-R1000 continues its winning tradition in various competitions. For more than 30 years of excellent performance, innovation and domination, the GSX-R1000 transformed into the most advanced, most powerful GSX-R yet.

    The GSX-R1000 is available in its standard version as well as the limited-production GSX-R1000R, both street-ready. The GSX-R1000 is available in Blue, Red and Matte Black priced at PHP 955,000 while the GSX-R1000R is available in Blue at PHP 1,169,000. A Special Black Finish version is also available at PHP 1,189,000.

    Constantly an eye-catcher to bike enthusiasts, the Dual Spark, 90-degree, V-twin engined SV650 fronts versatility and value. It is available in Black, Blue and White which are all priced at PHP 399,000. Suzuki notes that a Red variant will arrive within the year.

    The GSX-S750, with its 749 cc, four-cylinder, fuel-injected engine and three-mode traction control, is available in Blue/Black and Red/Black at PHP 539,000 and Matte Black at PHP 559,000.

    The V-Strom 1000 XT with a new generation Bosch ABS system is available in Yellow and White at PHP 734,000.
