Just like the first PIXMAzing Race last year in Corregidor Island, representatives from the press and Canon dealers got together last Friday, March 7, 2013, this time at Manila Ocean Park for the launch of Canon’s new line of PIXMA printers.
The participants were treated for a fun night of getting to know the printing and scanning capabilities of the new PIXMA models through tasks situated in the various attractions of Manila Ocean Park.
The winners of the race were awarded with Canon PIXMA printers, Canon PowerShot digital cameras, plus other minor prizes.
Canon unveiled its seven new printers perfect for home and business use: PIXMA iP2870, MX477, MG5570, iX6770, iP8770, and Ink Efficient E400 and E560. Going back to basics, the PIXMA iP2870 is a single-function printer equipped with all the basics for everyday home use. The PIXMA MX477 is the perfect business partner with its all-in-one print-copy-scan-fax solutions plus its wireless and cloud printing features. For printing excellent quality photos or documents, the PIXMA MG5570, iX6770, and iP8770, with their at least five individual inks are suitable for the job. The Ink Efficient E400 and E560 further strengthens the Ink Efficient line providing superb prints with reduced printing costs compared to conventional laser printers.
