Steve Ballmer, Microsoft’s CEO, and a man known for turning the dial on Microsoft events up to 11, took to the stage one last time to bid the company and its people a very fond farewell.
Ballmer, who is set to step down as CEO in a year, gave a high-energy and tearful speech, was captivating as usual, and footage of the speech has started to appear online, with a post surfacing on theverge.com. Rumors of his replacement are starting to appear, with Ford’s CEO Alan Mulally at the top of the list.
