Apple’s one-two punch of newly released devices is completed by the larger iPhone 7 Plus. Specs-wise, it’s pretty much the same with its smaller brother, with the obvious differences being its larger 5.5 inch Full HD Retina display, slightly thicker dimensions, longer talk time, and most importantly, its dual rear camera system. Wait, what? You read that right. At its back are dual 12 MP cameras—one is a wide-angle shooter with an f/1.8 aperture and the other is a telephoto shooter with an f/2.2 aperture—that allow for true 2x optical zoom with no loss in details and bokeh shots with shallow depth of field. While the feature is nothing new, you can bet Apple’s refined it to their signature mirror sheen.
