Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) has announced the official results obtained at the 2025 DOE-Petron Fuel EcoRun, held last September 24, 2025.
The EcoRun took place on the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX), covering a total distance of around 155 kilometers. Two Honda hybrid models, the Civic RS e:HEV E-CVT and the New HR-V RS e:HEV E-CVT, set new records in the UNR-101 Test Results.
Driving under real-world expressway driving conditions, the Civic Hybrid was able to achieve a fuel mileage of 30.12km/L, while the HR-V Hybrid achieved 28.08km/L.

Both models are equipped with Honda’s unique e:HEV full hybrid system, which combines Honda’s sporty DNA, redefined to provide excellent fuel efficiency and practicality for a cleaner, greener future. This is in line with the company’s 2050 goal of achieving carbon neutrality across all its products.
