bbm stickersBlackBerry recently announced the addition of stickers to its messaging service BlackBerry Messenger (BBM).

“We’re focused on making your BBM chats more fun with the addition of stickers, available in the new BBM Shop.”, says BlackBerry on their blog post.

Stickers are common in messenger apps like WeChat, and Viber, and BBM wants to join in on the sticker bandwagon. BBM is to introduce its own set of characters like CosCat, Gilbert’s Tales, and Bubble Bot to its users. Sticker packs usually contain between 20-25 stickers per pack and can either be free or purchased for a small fee.

Stickers are currently on limited beta as of now, and BlackBerry has yet to reveal when it will be completely rolled out.
