This August, Toyota takes you to the future with two vehicles that will give you a glimpse of what mobility will look like in the coming years. The two concept cars will be in the country for the World of Toyota Motorshow on August 10 – 18 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City. Toyota’s FCV-R and Lexus’s LF-LC exude the brand’s new design philosophy and technology of cars in the future.

The The FCV-R is a hydrogen-powered vehicle that emits neither CO2 nor any other noxious gasses, but water, and allows us a chance at a clean future without the need to give up the conveniences of a personal vehicle. The FCV-R, which rolls ever closer to a proposed 2015 mass-production date, also combines driver and passenger comfort with a futuristic design and “W” styling cues that represent the vehicle’s powerplant.

Bringing the premium line of vehicles into the future, the Lexus Future-Luxury Coupe, or the LF-LC, which was first revealed in Detroit, Michigan at the North American International Auto Show, keeps the signature spindle-shaped Lexus Grille, with a front engine and rear-wheel drivetrain configuration. The interior echoes natural forms and curves to create an environment that marries form and function in a single vehicle. All this is backed up by the latest Advanced Lexus Hybrid Drive which delivers both astounding performance and superb fuel efficiency.

Take a quick look at the future of mobility. Drop by the Toyota Motorshow from August 10-18, at the World Trade Center.
